Excellent place for delivery. Located off Bells Road/Deep Water Terminal Rd. Inbound cardboard delivery located in building #4 on the far side of the property and downhill near I-95/ Powerlines. Check-in with forklift driver. Place can get busy and tight, go slow! Speed Limit 15 MPH. Dockworkers are awesome!

Communication is trash, no visible signs where to check in at. 3 different loading docks from the look of it. I told old school that I was dropping off a load he said alright you gotta wait. I said ok. He continued to write on his clipboard I said what exactly am I waiting for(wanting instructions besides wait). Like are you going to come me get me or something he said well I gotta look at your pw to see where you going. I’m like ok here and he walked off cam back and said it’s 3 trucks in front of me. And walked off again. I goto my truck. One truck leaves a new truck pulls in and goes right to the dock. So now I’m confused because that means it’s 4 ahead of me. I go back inside he said yeah you gotta wait. While still saying he doesn’t know which dock I’m going to. So look at my paper and tell me so I can watch which truck leaves and which one doesn’t! Then the guy came over on the forklift. Old school told him that he told me I had to wait. I’m like yeah, but instructions are still unclear is someone going to call me or come get me or something. Use your words and stop short talking! Then all he said was pay attention when one truck leave back in. To avoid all of this that could’ve just been said.

If you got roll stock, line up against building W-2 and the only docks that are parallel with the street is for you. Walk up there and hand in papers.
