If you’re looking for good handyman services in your home just call Mr.Appliance. I found their servicemen to be thorough, knowledgeable, patient and polite which are the most important traits you can find. They also offered to come back within a few days with no further charge if anything was not properly working. I will not hesitate to call them if I need them in the future.

Our Bosch dishwasher broke down and we called Mr. Appliance. Their scheduling is VERY difficult and they don’t provide a time window beforehand. You basically have to be free the entire day and if you have a conflict, they won’t help you out and just change to a different day.
When they came out, they diagnosed an issue with the control board, and labor and part was going to cost like $500. We had to do our own research afterwards to find out that the part was under warranty (I wish that Mr. Appliance mentioned this) so we put a delay in getting it repaired so that they can work with Bosch to get it approved. After that got sorted out, they came out to fix the dishwasher. After 3 uses, the dishwasher stopped dispensing soap and it was hard to believe that it was coincidence that that part broke independent of the control board being replaced. They basically said it wasn’t related to that, and blamed us for using gel detergent and that we needed to shell out another $300 to fix it. Terrible customer service.

Once the technician was provided the symptoms he immediately isolated the problem and performed the corrective action. What I also appreciated was how he didn't try to upcharge me for work that wasn't needed. Mr. Appliance also offer veteran discounts another plus for doing business with them.

Worst company ever had appointment for Thursday but they over booked so they canceled without me knowing. The service rep said I would be updated by text or email. Which I received neither. So rescheduled for Friday got notice for 10 to 12pm appointment which I was going by they said they sent 3 notices starting at 8am I was only able to find 2 which was 9am to 11am. I'm getting a call for service rep saying they canceling because they could wait and tech act like didn't want to do work on Friday basically when I get there he tells me he would just cancel service. I asked him price to put on new hose 2 dollar part he said whole water system supply part was needed for 500 bucks. Now I know I'm no crazy if a refrigerator cost less than 1500 buck who would be paying for 500 buck part when it's just an old hose that cracked 2 bucks in parts. Then he said he would just cancel I said ok. Now I have a service rep arguing I owe money 129 bucks when tech said he would cancel work order. He couldn't replace hose like I asked him to. Now I tell the rep to get manager to call me but she want to keep trying to tell me about refrigerator like she fix stuff. And act like I was given an option on how I want my service done. Company is a rip off.

Branden Berry was my Service Professional. He was just that! Professional! And friendly but also knowledgeable regarding my issue with the top oven of my double oven gas range not igniting. He fixed the problem and didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need. That was much appreciated! I would highly recommend Mr Appliance!
