Very nice retail store, but they were short staffed. Waiting to checked out took a while.
They didn't have a lot of hats, and none appeared to be female designs. My husband purchased 1 but it wasn't truly what he wanted.

Nice inventory and selection but like others have said no one greeted us when we went in nor when they walked past us did they speak. My husband had been looking forward to shopping there but we will not be back. It is a 2 hour trip one way for us so we will shop at a local store that is only an hour away and greets us and can order anything they don't have in stock

I'm not sure what store you all who left a bad review were shopping at, but we have had several great experiences shopping at Myrna's. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner herself is a treasure. In a world of Amazon and instant gratification shopping, I guess this might not be the place for you. But if you want to hear tales of her riding days and be treated like a friend, shop here. (Or maybe it's the attitude of the customer that's the problem.....?)

Wonderfull section of boots for all ages, as well as horse tack though out the Store. English and western wear even good section on children wear. English riding boot, helmets, gloves, horse show wear, and causal riding wear to everyday horse items such as boots, wraps, lotion and potions, halters, saddle pads, blankets, saddles and leads. Staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only tack store that's not " hours " away from me. The store was huge, you will have a good time shopping.

they made me show my id to buy a hat but other than that the hat was nice, just weird to have to show my license to buy a hat

Never got a chance to go into store. For some reason the place had a sign on it stating they were closed for 2 weeks.

Went there today Sun at 1.45 in an attempt to support a local business and shop in person. According to their website the store is open from 1-5. The owner (I assume, bc the lady never introduced herself) came up to me as I am walking to the store and informs me that it is closed today for holiday/vacation. No announcement on their website or on their facebook site. So we drove 30+ min out there for nothing but mind you, the lady then proceeds to walk up to the store, unlock it and go in, but does not care to even inquire if there was possibly something she could help us with. I was not the only one who got turned away today so clearly this place does not want my business, will NOT be back - online shopping it is.

Went by on Sunday Today and customer in front of us at 4: 35 said doors and they were closed, doors were locked and the sign said open until 5pm Sundays. We drove from Mechanicsville, and the other customer was from West End. Lost two customers today.

My favorite place Myrna even helped me out finding the right size for jeans she was very helpful and Friendly. Best place to buy boots and hats and everything country and is a local business not some big company over pricing. Love Myrna’s check it out you’ll love it to.
