I was very young when I was first introduced to OnU jewelry by a friend of mine in middle school. My mother took me there and we both loved to just look at the artistic creations, as well as purchase the jewelry. I still have a necklace and a bracelet from back then that is the same as the day I got it, and I have worn them many (many many) times! I have since gone back on several occasions to buy some pieces for myself but a lot for friends, and I am always greeted as a friend by the owners and Willow (their adorable dog). I couldn’t recommend OnU jewelry enough. Not once have I received anything other than positivity about OnU from the friends I have gifted necklaces and such to. It’s a staple for me for birthdays and Christmas and will continue to be! Donna is also very motherly and communicative which makes conversation as I browse just as lovely as buying the jewelry. 10000% recommend :)))

Absolute best salon! This is the nicest my hair has ever looked. I got a magic straight perm and it looks sooo pretty! Everyone is super nice here and the atmosphere is really relaxing

I love the fun necklaces I have purchased from On U. The necklaces are a go-to for most outfits I wear. I have returned to the website for friends and family and I am very satisfied with the customer service as well.

I have to reiterate what Jack B. said- worst customer service I have had to deal with. Sadly I have over 10 pieces of OnU jewelry I will no longer wear after learning how customers are treated. Please save your money and buy from others who offer this same jewelry for less.

Ordered a gift as a combo graduation/birthday present for a friend. The invoice had a hand-written note reminding me, “Don’t forget to sign the cards.” A tiny card for each occasion was tucked into the cute box. What a delight to get more than expected.

I almost feel like family whenever I am in the store (which seems to be quite often). Love taking home new pieces. Quite literally some of the rudest customer service I have ever received. I am not one to go out of my way to leave a review like this anywhere, but from what I experienced, it was definitely necessary. Just rude from the very start. I understand that the Christmas season is busy and everyone is more in a hurry for gifts and everything, and it must be stressful for businesses, however rudeness causes a customer to genuinely feel dejected and off put by such supercilious, arrogant stance of both demeanor and tone towards a first time customer. I have purchased Donna's work through other stores but this was my first visit to her shop. I had my wife's bracelet that needed to be repaired as well as do a little Christmas shopping. I was greeted by Donna (first time we met) and found her to be very friendly and professional. I was not planning on having my bracelet repaired while I was there but she knocked it out quickly! The store is full of various (and beautiful) designs and I feel very reasonably priced considering they are hand-made. I was surprised to see other offerings beside Donna's jewelry as she collects pieces that she likes through her travels. It's definitely worth a visit to find that gift for someone that has everything, and even if they don't!
