This store has quality used clothing but super rude staff. They all stared at me like I was wrong for coming in there. Or Nobody greeted me or came up to me and asked if I needed help. It’s worth a trip across town to avoid this location.

If I can give them zero stars I will because I tried to sell back the stroller I got from them and on the hood of the stroller was already a little ripped take your stuff elsewhere your better off selling somewhere else

I can’t recommend this store enough!!! Not only are the clothes excellent but the staff go above and to be helpful. Added bonus they are always soooo friendly. Come here for your kids clothing.

They have tons of clothes in very good or like new condition. Also books. I bought a couple of board books that were well priced however the books are mixed together so it took a little hunting. I came looking for a pack and play which I got for $30. That was a good find! Will definitely come back..

This lady is beyond rude she seem like the manger she was rude to my son I was telling him not to play with it in the store she then proceeded to take the toy from my son as I’m conversation with him and put it behind the counter so I walked out without buying anything and will never be back.

Bethany was an amazing lady . We thoroughly enjoyed talking with her . She was friendly, kind and responsive to our questions. She clearly knows how to treat customers with respect. Thank you, Bethany!!

This place is amazing. It’s so well organized- by size, style (long sleeves, short sleeves, color, etc), season. It’s super easy to shop. I just bought my daughter’s entire summertime wardrobe including 4 pairs of shoes for $80. The gal at the e register told me it’s women owned and run- and it shows! I wish more stores were like this!! Clothes were in pretty much brand new shape. If I lived in RVA I’d exclusively shop here for my kiddos, and I’ll make it a point to come here every time I visit. Thank you for such an amazing shopping experience!

Broad Street location - Very picky about what they buy. I had in season dresses with tags on them. Cinderella brand and Disney brand resses with matching shoes, etc. They were not interested. Took them to a different establishment and they raved over them.
