Horrible customer service, I just came and asked for assistance on getting a fuse for my lights inside my truck. The guy told me to look at my fuse box to find which fuse I needed. I would have never asked for his assistance on that if I already knew. And none of them cared to come outside and assist me

This place is OK. It’s definitely in the bar, but that doesn’t matter really staff are helpful there this one and the one over in side of the best ones in the area. The one on West Broad Street near Libby really is crappy of the Ashland one too that they’re really good. I saw my mom there so I send my mom there.

Constant racial experiences dealing with the mostly latino staff members, especially in the commercial department. They give their hispanic friends, family and customers much lower prices than black businesses and customers. Other staff members have also confirmed this ongoing problem. There is recorded proof of this going on. We understand certain customers that do larger volume can get a better price from time to time. However, this is not the case.

I believe I was just passing by but I used to work for them. Do not ever take the company card and go get a wash for your vehicle that's one of the reasons they fired me. It went to loss prevention and they called me into the office and let me go. And I never really gave you time to wash your truck that you were delivering in. Although they had the means to do we were never given time to do it. Great products and services.

I visit this location very often. The employees don't waste much time and are very friendly. Some of them speak Spanish which seems to help a lot of folks. Overall it's a typical O'Reilly's with friendly, helpful and efficient staff which keeps you from standing in a line too long. Thanks for reading! I hope you are having a great day/night!
