Went on my lunch break to find my rearview mirror dangling by the wire. Popped into O’Reillys and they were so incredibly helpful. They gave me tips and tricks, and even sandpapered the metal button for me. They even said to come in the next day if I needed help or to borrow a screw driver! I believe it was Darrell and another kind gentleman! Great guys working there!

Just a quick review I had a coil boot stuck on my spark plug Jameson and Dupree was very polite and helped me take it off. Bigups to those guys for helping me out in the clutch.

Jameson was so patient with me and amazing. He checked my car battery and installed it within minutes. The store was clean and the employees were very welcoming.

Darrell was AWESOME!! Saved me a whole bunch of money, gave wonderful customer service & a lot of advice when it came to my car battery. He tested everything from the battery, to the alternator to the starter to make sure everything was okay after my battery had been caked with corrosion. I appreciate him so much and will always come back and ask for him for any other issues!! Thanks again Darrell!!

Traveling to DC and our windshield wipers went out on us, with the help of the staff working tonight we figured out we needed a new motor. It was a blessing we stopped here and got the help/information we needed. Thank you!! I believe his name was Montey

This has been my O’Reilly’s of choice since moving to the area in 2022. I have an older vehicle and luckily they’ve always had what I needed plus more. When they don’t, they give me reasonable quotes for the product(s) at another location nearby.Just recently my car was having some trouble. The gentlemen, all three on duty that night (I’m sad I can’t recall all their names), helped me change my spark plugs, wires AND replace my battery. Their attention and patience was most appreciated. Not only did they help me find the right replacement parts but because I was interested in learned they showed me step by step how to get it done.SHOUTOUT TO YOU ALL & THANK YOU GREATLY!
