Had to quit bringing my kids in here due to the workers being dressed like strippers. Ive been to wild night clubs and have seen more clothing on people. Actually really glad they have poor customer service and dont greet anyone

Employees don’t greet. Don’t check up on you. Don’t help at all. Went to check out and wasn’t spoken to at all during the process which in my opinion very rude. I have never felt like I had to write a review and this is the first time I ever had to. Employees are like robots and don’t put service in customer service they just stand there and look at you. Felt very uncomfortable and upset me how little they seem to care about anyone in their store. Although a prior day I had a great experience with this girl with blonde hair she was very nice and helpful. The girl with the black hair and nice tattoos was just standing at the register eating and the girl that checked me out had brown hair and didn’t speak to me at all.

wow. these reviews are super accurate. the girl with dark hair and a lot of piercings is probably the rudest employee i have met. rolls her eyes and clearly doesnt want to work. shame on pacsun for keeping her employed after countless people had bad enough interactions to write these reviews. disgusting.

the girl with the brownish hair with blonde money pieces wearing a lulul jacket has the worst attitude i’ve ever encountered! if i could leave the rate a zero i would. she made me feel not welcomed at all. it’s so disappointing because i love shopping here and just to receive attitude from staff is unacceptable! if you dislike your job that much stay home PLEASE, and i hope you see this and fix your attitude. Pacsun do better!! thanks.

The store was clean and had more clothing than the short pump PacSun. The staff were super friendly and helped me find the cargo pants I was looking for.

I never usually leave reviews but despite the power and internet issues i couldn’t have had a better experience. Amy and Marissa helped me and my daughter find the exact jeans we were looking for and helped us out in the fitting rooms since we were a bit confused with sizing. They were the kindest, highly recommend!!

The cashier girl was nice and smiled, but I guess the short reddish brown hair girl I don’t remember if she had any piercings or not, I feel like she might’ve been the manager just has an attitude like you can feel it without even interacting with her. No, have a nice day or anything when you walk out. Customers is why you have a business in the first place, so like it or not - Customer service is your job. I don’t care if you’re fake and phony smiling I rather have that than any type of bad demeanor when I’m shopping or else I will be taking my money elsewhere. Brands such as BrandyMelville also will not be branching their products out to stores like PacSun if their customers are starting to have bad experiences. If you ever go to an actual BrandyMelville store, you see their customer service is completely a different level than PacSun.

When I asked for a fitting room the girl with black space buns rolled her eyes at me and gave me a nasty look, she then didn’t even say a word to me walking to a room. When I said Thankyou she rolled her eyes at me and Slammed the door. Just awfully rude for no reason, very upsetting.

I asked one of the workers where a certain item was and the cussed me and my mom out. They act so rude and pretentious but jokes on them that’s why they’re working for minimum wage in a mall.

I very politely asked the cashier if she could unlock a fitting room for me and she literally rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Girl if you hate your job just quit. There is no reason to be that ugly to people just trying to shop.

These people do not care about working or helping anyone….closed the door in our face at 7:23 on a Monday night and said we’re close for the evening. All the other stores were open you would think during a pandemic you would wanna sell. Save yourself time and don’t shop at pac sun at Chesterfield Towne Center it is a joke!!

This ignorant cashier who clearly could not care less screwed up the four digit pin on my gift card by not using a coin to scratch it and cost me over an hour trying to call Pacsun’s support line for help - while at the check out line. Staff is rude and selection is pitifully bare. You’re better off going to another location.
