I genuinely don’t understand why this location bothers opening when there’s next to zero management. Every employee I saw when I came here was too busy on their phones. One employee was literally on her phone leaning on the shelf of folded clothes and wouldn’t acknowledge me or move when I politely asked to step by. Just close it down atp

Very bad room awareness, I was there trying to reach a shirt a without getting any help as 3 employees where talking and cursing about how they are tired of cleaning , while someone else doesn’t do anything. The clients don’t have to know or experience the work drama.

The rudest employee ever!!!! The girl with the red pink and black hair definitely caused loss of my business to this store. I will never go back and will spread the word!

Went to this location today and had a horrible experience. Pacsun needs to train their workers better in customer service. I saw on the sign that they did not allow people to try things on in the fitting room past 6:30pm. I checked the time and saw it was only 6:12pm, so I decided to ask a worker if I could try something on. When I went to ask her politely, she proceeded to ignore me and ask her coworker what time it was. I decided to chime in and say it was only 6:15. She then said “oh I just need to make sure what time it is.” I found that a bit rude considering I just told her the time. Anyway, she directed me towards the fitting room not even making eye contact and said “don’t leave anything in there” and left. She then looked at my friend who was waiting in line as well and said “did you need one too?” As if we were bothering her, even though she works there. I immediately lost interest in buying anything there and my friend and I decided to leave. Not sure if we will shop at Pacsun again let alone this location. Please beware of a rude caucasian female with glasses!

The store is run by teenagers… No adults or managers to be found. Cashiers will make you feel like you’re in the wrong for asking for help/asking a question. Also they close at random parts of the day?

I rarely write reviews, but after my recent experiences at this store I need to share. The customer service at this PacSun store is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. The cashier, who I have had multiple times now, is consistently rude, and treated every customer with no respect. On one occasion, when I didn't have my phone number linked to my PacSun account, she criticized me, making me feel the need to APOLOGIZE to her. Not to mention the store itself is dirty, and the employees just close the store at random times. I recommend shopping at a different PacSun location or online.

I’ve placed an order for in-store pick up & it’s now been 2 days since it’s “processing”.. extremely annoyed cuz I had a free tee code I used on my order. Come to realize last time I placed an in store pick up order it also took 2 days for it to be ready … I hope the item I wanted is still in stock & if it’s not then I hope PacSun will reissue me the code cuz waiting for an order to be processed for 2 days is insane when it should typically take 2 hours. I’ve placed multiple in- store pick ups & they’ve had my order ready the same day, so Ik it’s doable.

I highly recommend visiting another PacSun. Prepare to sift through piles of clothing to find what you need. Very explicit rap music was played loudly throughout the store. Staff seemed more interested in hanging out with visiting friends than helping customers. The cashiers were unable to figure out how to create two gift receipts for 4 items (2 items for 1 person, 2 for another), so I have 1 receipt with 3 of the 4 items I purchased. They did not seem to care, nor were they open to my original suggestion to do 2 transactions, because they said they knew how to do it.
