Went to this location yesterday and they were a bit busy so there was a wait but my salesperson was so kind I didn't mind the wait at all. I rushed thru the sale to make it to a movie with my daughter so I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge my sales rep and let her know, I noticed how kind you were, I noticed how you spoke to my child and showed interest in her birthday plans so thank you for that! Thank you Franchell for your overall kindness and attention! If you plan to visit Pandora look out for Franchell because you will be a very pleased customer.

We purchased the gold plated wishbone ring on 10/4/22 and I went back in today (1/3/23) because the gold is chipping off all over. I was told that that’s normal wear and tear?! This ring is less than 3months old! If you look at the pictures you can tell it’s been chipping for awhile so it didn’t even come close to lasting 3months. Warranty is supposed to be for 1yr but the platted jewelry is not covered if it begins to chip apparently! The ring was a cute ring when it was bought but the quality is terrible! Definitely disappointed in the quality and will not return to purchase anymore jewelry from Pandora!

Really bad service and super bad quality this store and jewelry really is bad. I pay $750 dlrs. For my wife’s brazalete and now looks like crab and they didn’t do anything about it. Don’t waist ur money here.

Going in this store with my daughter to look and ended up getting something for my wife. Darren helped me out by giving me some suggestions and was very helpful explaining all that I didn’t understand. I picked out a bracelet and charms for my wife (hopefully get me some points) that Darren, and my daughter thought was very beautiful!

I had the pleasure of working with Darren on 1.25.2022. The store was so nice and clean. Darren is a extraordinary person to work with. He took the time and help me with my account I was a bit upset. He kept his professional demeanor and never once flitch. I look forward to coming to this store, Darren gives you his undivided attention. I visited this store today to have get a new bracelet. Everything went smooth while we were there. But, the sales associate left a charm off of the bracelet. I was in a hurry and didn’t even notice til I got to the car. Once there I realized I was missing a charm and didn’t have it. I immediately called the store, and even after telling them I didn’t have it. The associate swore she put it on. After being told they would replace the one I never got. They gave my husband a difficult time about it. It got to the point where he told them to check footage if it was that big of a deal.I know mistakes happen. But instead of acting like I stole a $40 charm (which nobody would ever do lol) do the appropriate steps to take care of your customer.I’m sure the girl didn’t mean to forget. But still uncalled for behavior. If you forgot it, just say that. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

The jewelry speaks for itself and I will speak for the customer service...EXCELLENT!!Very friendly and helpful....every time I have been in the store. Every associate-not one in particular!! That is RARE!!!

I visited this location today and where do I start? I walked in with my daughter who was in her stroller and the assistant manager appeared to have a problemwith that, she didn’t even greet me, no one for that matter when I walked in. They were pretty busy so I walked over to the display where she was standing with a customer. I went to pick up a bracelet on display not knowing that it was glued down, she in a not so nice tone said “yeah, it’s glued down!”. So I removed my hand, said my bad, and walked away because I didn’t want to react negatively. Her and the customer ended up walking over to the display cases and I stood by another case closer to the door patiently waiting and I heard her whisper to an associate something about a baby which clearly I was the only one with a baby in the store. The associate looked at me and began to walk away not even asking if I needed help. I spoke up and said can you help me and she seemed liked she didn’t want to but she ushered me over anyway. I finally got my order together and the assistant manager whispers something again to the associate I believe about me but I let it go because I had my baby with me. I felt unwelcomed as soon as I entered the store, I’m not sure what the issue was but I will definitely try not to visit this location again. The two associates were sooooo rude. I’m so glad that I kept my composure.
