This place is fantastic! OMG! They are friendly and welcoming even during the holidays. They take fed ex, UPS packages at no fee. You just drop off in the front door. I just had a package and she asked me if it was liquor. Yes! She said, I need to re-ship and repack this for you. How great is that?

So happy this place is in Carytown. I didn't know they existed until I needed them. Very convenient and efficient for shipping anything. The clerk, JR Verella, was excellent to work with and provided great customer service. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. Help me with a complicated return of some very large items and caught a problem with the return shipping label before we even got started. He also helped me unload them from my car. Usually shipping things is boring and overly tedious. He made it smooth and fun. I highly recommend them for any of your shipping needs!

Carytown P&S shipped a piece of large framed art that i purchased from an auction. They were very careless in the packing, only putting on small bumpers on the corners of the 46" wide custom framed art.
It arrived with the glass completely pulverized. I cut my hands twice just opening the package. One corner of the frame was ruined and now i have to spend tons of money on a new custom frame job.
They did give me my shipping money back plus $60 insurance, but I cannot understand how they packed it so carelessly. Beware!

The woman who works there was accosting another employee when I walked in. She didn't stop yelling at the dude while I stood there for a minute or so. She never stopped yelling at him. I left.

I've been a customer 7 or 8 times since Nov,'23, including super busy holiday times,- and always been grateful for the local, helpful service. Never any sign of egregious or "unforgivable" behavior by staff.
But what if I did?
What kind of person runs to the interweb with virtually anonymous, vile commentary,- instead of addressing it face to face or in writing to whoever they perceive is SO in the wrong?
Some of these commenters wouldn't recognize themselves in the mirror.

Friendly staff. Packed up and got my FedEx return underway in a matter of seconds. Was in and out in under a minute even with other customers being helped.
