I rarely leave reviews, but the manager, Stephanie, was incredibly rude to customers in line, yelling at people on the phone and slamming it down after, and verbally airing frustrations the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. I prefer to support local, but this was my first and last time here. I'd rather deal with the nightmare parking at the UPS Store than deal with her again. The kicker? She wore an apron that said "Humankind. Be both." How ironic.

I will never ship a package or purchase anything from this place. The lady at the front counter gave me a disgusting customer service experience. She was loud, rude, dismissive and condescending. Her constant shrugging was enough for me.The only saving grace, was the young man that worked in the store. He was professional and very helpful.While he's assisting me, she KEPT TALKING in the background about what they won't do and can't do. I could barely hear the young man.

I was waiting in line for 5 minutes when one customer got upset with the lady behind the desk, im assuming the owner or manager. He insisted she had the ability to help him with something, but she insisted she could not. It escalated, and insults started flying, and he angrily left. The woman behind the desk told him to leave, then told all of us in line to leave in an outburst. She said, "I'm closing" "I'm serious, get out!" Around 3pm. I'm going to UPS and will never come here again. I'd advise anyone to think twice about coming here because you may not be able to ship depending on her mood swings. Unfortunate because I did like coming here before I realized she was so volatile.

The manager is the most aggressive and irritating professional I have ever encountered. I feel so sorry for the employees working under her. I never leave reviews but this situation was so egregious I felt compelled to do so.

The people who work here are extremely crabby. It's like they don't want your business. They made me feel like I was imposing on them just to take my money. I would rather wait at the Post Office or drive down the street to the UPS store.

We ship a lot of different items, including art work. We’ve found the staff to be helpful. They do an excellent job packing the items. We, also, like the selection of greeting cards, including those by local artists.

I went here to run a last minute errand for my brother in law who needed a box. They didn’t have the one he needed in stock and I wasn’t sure what exactly he was shipping, so I gave him a call. While I was in the line with him, Stephanie (presumably the owner) was pleasant enough to me but was short, rude, and condescending to my brother in law (and therefore me by proxy) who was giving me genuinely important questions to ask her about price, exact box size, etc. After he hung up the phone it seemed like they wanted me out of their store as quickly as possible and gave me shipping options for an almost exact fit box size. When I tried to say I just wanted to take the two cube boxes and tape them together without elaborating (because let’s face it it’s my box and my business what I do with my box), they said “let me just show you how we box professionals do it” and proceeded to lecture me in a condescending and exaggerated manner how to put together two boxes. It wasn’t helpful and it wasted 5 minutes of my time that I could’ve checked out, but I didn’t want to interrupt and add fire to the flame of my already annoying experience. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they were trying to be helpful (hence the two star rating) but your customers are your lifeblood. No matter what, as a customer it shouldn’t be my job to interpret whether or not you’re giving me attitude. Even if it’s not purposeful, you guys just need to do better or get new management, end of story.

I always read reviews before dealing with establishments but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt .. I walked up and realized the store was closing so I open the door and stood at the door because I had a question about my package that was dropped off and was willing to come back the next day due to closing hours …the lady at the register was very rude just like everyone says . It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and you would think after all the bad reviews that it would stop . They don’t ever have to worry about me again

The woman who works there and maybe even possibly owns the place has a terrible attitude. I left the store with her screaming at me and shoving boxes like she was going to attack me. I went down the street and spent hundreds shipping my stupidly expensive package, happy that the troll of woman didn’t get my business.

Wow Stephanie is one of the rudest persons I have encountered at a business and has NO customer service skills. She will speak to you like you are the hired help and try her best not help you. Best to go down the street to the Packing/mailing store in Carey court.

I did not feel comfortable in this store today. Kind of weird and rude like I wasn’t welcome. And $2 to print a shipping label when I could just go to the UPS store where they’ll print for free. I’m all for supporting local business but this one should just shut its doors.

I have used this shipping center for my law firm for years. Today I went in to ship a return back to Harrods London. I tried to explain to the mature woman that I understood the requirements of DHL but was nervous about returning such an expensive item, $3500, so I wanted to be sure I followed Harrods directions as well, which I had on my phone. She insisted all copies in the box needed to be put on the package in a certain way. I explained Harrods asked that one copy be placed in the box to track the return. She said, "I don't care how that company wants this returned; I'm doing IT MY WAY that is WHAT IS legally required by DHL" I said that is great. I am a lawyer, so I know a little about the law, so let's follow the law but ultimately, I ONLY care about what the company wants because they will issue my 3K credit and if they ask for a copy in the box, I want to provide it. Finally, I was so shocked at her behavior I took the box away from her and left the store. I ended up taking it to the DHL facility by the airport. At the airport facility, the DHL employee apologized for how I was treated at the partner site in Cary Town. She also unpacked everything the other rude woman had packed in the shipping label envelope and told me she didn't even pack it up correctly. She explained they are the actual DHL facility and that it was fine to put a copy of what Harrods was requesting in the box. Had I listened to the woman in Carytown, my return may not have been processed at all when the package arrived at Harrods. I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN. I WILL DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO AVOID THE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE BEHAVIOUR. I wasn't going to leave a review thinking everyone can have a bad day. I actually told the representative at the other DHL that maybe the rude woman was having some personal crisis. NOW after reading all of the other awful reviews, it sounds like this happens all of the time in that business. I have used the UPS Store on Brook road multiple times. The service is always efficient and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.
