Took weeks to get a tour, arrived for the tour, and every light inside was off. Kids sleeping in the office and everywhere else. Cancelled my tour with no notice (I had to take off work for this- no afternoon tours available and wasn’t informed of video tours until after I’d been cancelled without notice) and claimed “she’d reach out” with available make up tour dates-she never did, contacted her- never responded. Waited another week and called to see if she’d forgotten, was told I’d have to reschedule online. Don’t waste your time

KinderCare has been such a blessing for our son especially who has some special needs and requires extra support sometimes. The teachers and directors have been wonderful to our little ones. I have never had any issues with any of the staff. They are welcoming, kind, patient and very involved with the kiddos. My kids are happy at KinderCare and it is obvious that they are well cared for in our absence.

Will never have my child return back to this location, they don’t care about the children I had a school age child that started with them in feb 2023 , her school age teacher told her she hated her and lots of more negative comments, no child is perfect but no teacher should be talking to students like this and the directors didn’t say anything. Child left the center in June 2023 , gave them 30 day notice. If you have a 3 year old I will recommend sending your child to MS . S. Johnson Class 5 star for her .

This is by far the greatest child care I’ve found her for my baby girl although she’s only 2. They love her and I love them for guarding her with all their might ... just all around great , teachers , directors etc ...

Most amazing daycare my children have been enrolled at. I have never met a director/assistant director/and teachers who have been more nurturing. The teachers provide updates and pictures throughout the day and they have navigated this unprecedented time of the pandemic and virtual learning with ease while making sure all of the families at the center stay safe, healthy and informed. I wouldn't want my children to be anywhere else.

They have been extremely helpful with making us feel comfortable leaving our daughter in a safe environment, especially with everything going on nowadays. They also offer help and suggestions to us as new parents, showing that they care about our daughter.

Love this daycare and that staff are taking all precautions during the pandemic- it’s so clean, kid’s temps are taken at the door every day, and social distancing is enforced. I know my child is safe and happy here :)

My son is in the school aged room and we switched from less professional daycare and could not be more happy with our decision to switch! They have us all set up to help guide the kids with the virtual learning school days, they even had all the parents email what school their kids went to so they could get each child set up with his own schools virtual learning program. The daycare workers are teachers so I feel confident that my son will be guided properly. The other daycare we were at did not have any practices in place to fight against Covid but Kindercare is very careful, parents are allowed in one at a time to sign their kids in for the day and are only allowed in the front entrance. They take and log each child's temp and asks a serious of questions every morning (has anyone had a fever, things like that) and then they will walk him to his class room. The school aged kids have to wear masks during the day and my son tells me they have the kids wash their hands before and after every new thing they do. The teachers are great! I get a daily log email highlighting what the meals were for the day and if he ate all or most of his food. I also get pictures of my son doing the daily projects and activities. I am so happy we switched daycares! I feel like he is safe and being protected from Covid as best as anyone knows how to protect from it which is such a huge deal right now.

This is such an amazing daycare/preschool with an amazing staff! My daughter loves it here and has learned so much and interacts better with others, since being here. I also love that they have an app that keeps me updated, as well as, has photos daily of my child’s activities! They do so much with the kids here and my daughter has such a great connection with everyone here. Definitely recommend this place to anyone I can ??

I love Kindercare due too the covid they make sure the kids are safe which is a plus for me. MY granddaughter seem to like it i just love how they post videos & pictures to the app for me to see.I have NO problems with them everything seems to run smoothly

Everyone here is amazing! Ms. Ellen, Ms. Chivon, Ms. Ashanti, & Ms. Paulette are all SO sweet and caring! I know my daughter is in great hands here.
