Buddy and Gribil were amazing! Buddy went the extra mile to ensure that I received the service I requested, but educated me further on what was necessary to ensure the vehicle was repaired fully. Buddy annd the team were kind enough to complete two additional services on top of the engine tune up. I know that extra services generally aren’t able to be added, but they were kind enough to assist me.
I i did not feel pressured or misguided like previous experiences with most shops. Buddy was very thorough in his explanation of services and any additional services he felt may be needed. He truly cared and he didn’t want me to have a service done that wouldn’t completely fix the problem.
I was shown the upmost respect and amazing customer service from the moment I called the shop until the moment I walked out the door. These guys are a great team. Pleasant shop all together with some really stand up men working there. I will be sure to refer and continue to support this location.

This is by far the best shop I've ever been to. Buddy & his crew are absolutely wonderful. I seriously could not recommend them more!!! Buddy was very kind & took the time to explain everything to me! He worked with me & what I could afford. He did not try to push anything on me & did not tell me I needed anything I absolutely didn't need! Seriously, Buddy & his mechanics are the light of my life!!! Really & truly, thank you so much!!!

My vehicle had a dealer recall on the brake hose. Went to Pep Boys for a second opinion on what else dealer said was needed. The technicians advised me that my car didn't need all the things the dealership claimed. In addition, they cleaned up the engine parts sprayed with brake fluid left by the dealership's tech. I'll always be a loyal customer to Pep Boys.

I had an amazing experience at this Pep Boys location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable, and they did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the issues with my car. The manager Buddy was very nice and helpful. They are honest and also have fair prices. I would definitely recommend them!

Buddy and crew are 5 STARS & are thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, speedy in tasks, honest regarding vehicle service needs. I only go to Pep Boys for any auto maintenance. Thanks to them and their Pep Boy service, my car runs like a clock.

The employees at this location are exceptional. I appreciate their friendliness and honesty. After receiving outrageous estimates, I took my car there and got my front brakes fixed for $266 compared to 3 other businesses that provided estimates from $580 to $600. It's my second time receiving good honest assistance at that Pep Boys. Thank you,
