Great experience,although my cat didn’t receive any treatment,however the physician and her assistant were extremely helpful and friendly and referred my cat to urgent care across the street, which was most helpful.

Good staff, one of the better Petcos but limited stock and space, so may not have everything you might find at some of the larger petcos, but they have always had friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth going to this location if they have what you need.

The staff here made my puppies first haircut and store venture and wonderfully pleasant one! The grooming group is beyond professional, knowledge and kind. I will Never take my baby anywhere other than here! Thank you Jessica for an outstanding job and care you provided and all those who interacted with my little Hope. The results of this trip are more than I could have wished for and expected!!!
You all deserve special recognition.
My gratitude is overflowing for this store.

Petco Carytown did an amazing job grooming my elderly dog, Brooklyn! The staff was so gentle, patient, and caring throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy finding a groomer who truly understands how to handle senior pets, but Jesse made Brooklyn feel safe and comfortable. She looked and smelled great afterward—and I could tell she felt good too. Huge thanks to the team for taking such great care of her!

Stores are fine. The website is just complete trash. SMH. Wanted to order a couple of things to be delivered due to lack of time during the day because of my job. I was trying to by pass the klarna mess but it damn near impossible ended up just using it and now my money is in limbo. And I have no confirmation of my purchase. Extremely upset and now I have a headache. 😣

I always go in here to enjoy looking at the Guinea pigs and other animals whenever I’m early for a pickup at the chipotle next door. I usually buy a toy for my cats as well when I visit and browse. I asked for the bathroom and a very friendly staff member let me know where it was. Another store associate named Red also let me know at the same time that there was a bunch of super cute cat toys available by the restroom in the clearance rack. Needless to say I bought five different adorable cat toys on discount! Thank you, Red, for letting me know! And thanks to the great service by the other employees today ?

Came in for our third grooming appointment with Catherine who’s very professional and does an amazing job grooming my Shipoo. He always looks sharp and smells so good when I pick him up. He’s usually very opposed to anyone touching his paws but Cat always manages to keep him calm enough for a buffing which I appreciate so so much!!! Thank you Cat!!! - Louie & Rae

Very kind and warm hearted staff and undoubtedly present. The selection is on the lower side and sizing is for things are not fully available as well as variety in the sense of low selection but food and treats are plenty availability. The smaller caged animals also look and behave healthy and without issue
