The training program with Katie has really turned pepper in a certified good girl! The grooming salon is also great when you are EXTREMELY specific with what you want. Love this place!

Loyal/Regular customer…A couple months ago I thought I had found the perfect groomer (NOT)——Jonathan B.) Long story short…after my puppy was done being groomed by him an associate came out and said that Jonathan did not want to groom my puppy anymore…I asked why over and over and was given no answer….Mind you my puppy goes to Petsmart about every 2 to 3 weeks and never a complaint….a mini schnauzer is what he is, and if you know anything about dogs then you know that schnauzers are the most sweetest! Anyway I tried to make an appointment today and guess who was available for the whole day due to short staffing???! —Jonathan B—- I asked for a manager because I needed a real reason as to why he didn’t want to service my baby anymore…Well I got a manager on and initially he said “no reason was noted”then I’m put on hold and he comes back to say that the groomer (Jonathan B) didnt feel comfy lol…lamest excuse ever…I don’t know maybe he wanted my man or something lol!!!! But yea I’ll just continue to go to other locations which is totally out of my way being as though that particular location is right across the street from me…I will be calling corporate.

I will never buy fish from them again $50 in fish just for them to all die in less then 2weeks from being infected with whitespot which i didnt notice right away almost everyday i would come home a fish would be dead if not more then one smh this is a whole pet store that sells products to treat and cure infection diseases and such things so why not take the time to treat the fish instead of stealing customers money knowing that the fish arent healthy not even in the store went back after the 1st few died thinking it was from stress just to see multiple dead fish in the tanks AT THE STORE never again will i waste my money here on fish

I love this store. It always has the brand dog food that my small dog needs… Other places seem to always be out the customer service is great

The groomer Lexi decided to deny me service due to being 15mins late because I was held up in traffic. My appoint was set for 8am. The service here is horrible and I highly would not recommend to book anything at this location for petsmart grooming!

Always a wait always unclean and customer service is a nightmare. Grooming is the worst I will never go in here again. Waste of time for subpar service

My two year old pitbull bully was not properly washed, covered in hair and was injured during his grooming. Afterwards I was denied an incident report and given a 1-888 number of I needed further assistance. Unprofessional, under trained and customer service was horrible for him as well as me. Don't go! Take your fur baby somewhere else.

so I just want to put it out there that the steps being taken to sell a pet are not being met! I sent my relative to get a guinea pig told her they would walk her thru the whole process..... she comes home with a mouse cage and hamster food with a guinea pig for a pet. I had to go back up there and get it all right myself. I went there to get a small animal he goes yeah I gotta get the paperwork be right back.... ok I herd him at the fish wall for like 30 min after the fact never said a word to me he's up on the ladder getting fish and going over the whole tank for this guy. I walk back there never get acknowledged nothing. He comes back to me 40 min later oh sorry I didn't think grabbing a fish would take that long. It's just a lack of customer service there. I wonder if people are knowledgeable about pets cause I worked there 8 years I know! I also know I got the pig home and it's got scabs all over it and missing fur now you tend to the pets food and water twice a day and refills so how are they missing seeing a sick pet

What's to say.
PetSmart has cornered the market for all things pets.
I am using Amazon more lately. Better prices and brands varies. Also I don't have to enter an actual store to purchase.
