Packages stolen with nothing done about it, roaches all over the halls, trash/ urine smell throughout the entire building, mold in units, faulty fire alarms that keep you up for hours at 4am, sewage smell seeping from shower drains that they swear they’ll fix but never do, small dog park that is not maintained, money hungry property that is not at all worth the price. Do yourselves a favor and find literally anywhere else.

I haven’t really had a problem since living here. In terms of management Morgan has been very responsive and helpful in terms of just easy to communicate with about getting a pet or just updating my vehicle. But overall I’ve been recommending this property to a few people I work with.

I’ve been living at Plant One apartments for 4 years , and it has truly been a fantastic experience. The property is always well-maintained, clean, and beautifully landscaped. I especially appreciate how quiet and peaceful the environment is—perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The management team is friendly, responsive, and professional.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. I highly recommend Plant One apartments to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to call home.

I really like Plant 1...it's just me so it's great for a single person. I did have a major issue with parking though. My car was broken into (as well as several others) the 1st month I was here. I asked to see the video that was supposed to be covering our cars so I can submit it to the police, I was told the cameras were not working. I suggested that they should fix them. I never heard back from them. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the place. Now, once the Manchester area starts growing, Plant 1 will be right in the middle of everything. Plus, walking distance to Browns Island.
Maintenance requests are completed quickly.

This was very new to me and Miss Kamryn, she is really great with asking questions and giving out the information best at hand. Although I’m waiting , regardless of the outcome she she was super nice, honest, and supportive. Thank you for a great experience.

Place is terrible. Maintenance never finish the job. You can walk anywhere inside the building without key fob. There’s no numbers to call.

My experience at Plant 1 has been amazing. The property manager, Eriq, has gone beyond to help my husband and I feel welcome and supported. There was an incident where my husband and I got delivered a huge package and Eriq had helped me out by carrying it from the package room to our apartment. That kind of help is beyond the expectations I would ever have for a property manager, and for that I’m truly so thankful!!!

The smell of weed is so strong. I can’t be there for very long. Also the property manager Eric is horrible. He is so rude and not helpful at all.

I have had a WONDERFUL 5 years at the Plant one property. I was nervous when I moved in about noise and bugs, but to my surprise neither have been a issue at all. I literally have not seen one bug in my apartment and both of my neighbors have been very considerate of their volume in relation to time of day and levels of noise. Morgan and the staff have been great to work with and I look forward to more positive experiences with PMC Property group!

I had to move to RVA from out of state quickly due to work and Eriq, the Property Manager, made that process a lot less stressful. Eriq kept in constant contact with me through the entire apartment application and lease agreement signing, answering any and all questions.
I moved in at the beginning of April and really am enjoying my apartment, the amenities, and the area. The property management group is swift with responses and attentive. In addition to Eriq, Morgan has been extremely helpful whenever I have questions.
The neighbors are friendly and helpful as well. I’m confident I chose the right place to live.

Was not able to move in due to financial situations around last Sept/Oct and they have still not sent me my Security deposit back. The leasing employee Eriq has stopped answering my emails and messages and basically does not care if I get my money back. The customer service here is really bad and if I were you I would avoid dealing with Plant 1 at all costs.

This place takes the crown for the worst rental experience my wife and I have ever endured.Management Nightmares:Plant 1's management is an absolute horror show. From neglecting the dog park to maintaining a constant surveillance vibe with intrusive cameras, you never feel like you're in a home of your own. Attempts to get maintenance assistance are exercises in futility, and communication is a mockery. Expect frustration and disappointment at every turn.Crime-Ridden "Up and Coming" Area:Despite dubious claims of being an "up and coming" neighborhood, the reality is starkly different. High crime rates persist, with personal experiences of our cars being broken into twice and witnessing a violent incident on our own porch. The presence of a police car in the lot is a desperate attempt to combat break-ins, not a reassuring sign of safety.False Promises and Financial Woes:Plant 1 lures you in with a misleading one-month free offer, only to hit you with unexpected charges upon departure. The security deposit is seemingly held hostage, with our own clean walkthrough three months ago, and still no sign of its return. Emails and calls are met with evasion, leading us to file a complaint with the BBB. Renters, beware of false promises and financial pitfalls.Structural Nightmares and Unpleasant Odors:The construction of these apartments is laughably poor, evident in ceilings marred by mold growth. Adding insult to injury, the attempt to cover up the issue was half-hearted, leaving residents to inhale the stench of neglect. At a hefty cost, Plant 1 fails to deliver on basic living conditions.In conclusion, spare yourself the misery – look elsewhere. Countless alternatives offer a superior living experience in terms of comfort, affordability, and safety. Plant 1 is a regrettable chapter in our renting history, and we urge others to learn from our ordeal.

Worst experience I've ever had in my years of renting. Awful management who are incredibly rude. Hallways reek of gas and garbage and the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Building is surrounded by dog poop.
