Our experience was not so pleasant. My husband ordered a Stihl chainsaw. The response email (from Pleasants) indicated that someone would contact us within 24-48 hours. They did not. So a week later we called to check on it. A phone call and a visit to the store were both fruitless - both times, they said they couldn't find the order. Well, they eventually "found" it, but it is not comforting when you are standing there with the order in your hand and they are scrolling through on their computer saying they can't find it. Anyway, they couldn't give us an estimated time of arrival and did not offer to call to see if they could find out. We made another phone call yesterday. Still nothing. Just blame on Stihl because they are terrible at giving out that kind of information. (This guy also had trouble finding the order.) They called today to say the chainsaw was there and had been assembled, I was told (I was actually told this at least three times) that they would start the machine when we got there to pick it up. They didn't. My husband said they would barely speak to him. Yes, there was frustration on our part. So I guess they felt justified in snubbing him. When he got it home, the machine wouldn't start. He wanted to support the small, local business, but that didn't work out for us. We won't go back there. Terrible customer service!

The ladies that was on duty was a joy. They have great customer services. Was greeted once you walked in the door. We had a couple of laughs. Thanks for the help.

When working on my bikes and l need odd size nuts and bolts washers grommets and other stuff this is my go to place. Employee's are great people with great customer service.

I came to get keys made but they didn't have the one I needed. I ended up purchasing a nice umbrella for my patio and the African american female that assisted me to my truck was very helpful.

Nice little hardware store. Employees are very friendly and helpful. There is an amazing variety of things within the relatively small store vs the big box Lowes or HD. No big appliances here or lumber, but if you're just looking for hard to find parts or ordinary house, garden stuff, etc... take a look here.

When I walked in, a friendly woman immediately approached me and helped me locate the hardware I needed. The man who checked me out was also very friendly.
