Highly recommend for all your hardware needs. The customer service is excellent. When I go to other, bigger hardware stores I spend so much time trying to find someone who can answer a question. Not so here! They are friendly and knowledgeable!

I went to Pleasants Hardware today and was beyond thrilled with the results! Ron helped me solve a problem that has vexed me for years - he thought outside the box, suggested an easy but unique fix, and it worked! I can’t tell you how it made my day (week even!) and my wife will be thrilled that a long-standing issue had been resolved! Thanks again and especially a huge thank you to Ron!

Great little hardware store tucked away near Libbie/Patterson. I've personally mostly used them for making copies of keys and they do a far better job than Lowes or Walmart IMO. It doesn't hurt they are next to Pearls Cupcakes either.

I heard about Pleasants for years and never made a point to stop by. I was nearby and needed an item that was niche and Lowe's/HD weren't any help. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll for sure make it a point to stop by more often!

Carries things that big box stores don't. Helpful, friendly employees. If I had one gripe, they need to sell drinks that aren't just bottled sugar. Can't tell you how many times I've come in hot and tired from a job and just needed a bottle of water. All they sell is super sugary, old school sodas

I bought a leaf blower and it broke within a few weeks. I took it there to get it repaired and they wouldn't do it even with a warranty. Very bad customer service

This place has a great candy selection. If you cannot find it at the big box stores, it will be at Pleasants, which should lead you to ask the question, "why go anywhere else?"

Very helpful staff. It made the entire trip. I was asked as I came in if I needed help and indeed I did. While they didn’t have what I needed, they found a great solution to my issue. Will definitely return if I have more issues
