Tim and Cindy took care of repairing a TV for my family after half if the screen went dark suddenly. Turned out to be a bad light strip. They repaired it quickly and were even nice enough to hang on to it for an extra week as my husband and I were out of town for the holidays. The pricing was incredibly fair and I'm so glad we didn't have to get a new TV. I would recommend PNCR to anyone who needs tv repair!

My husband found this company online when our 70 inch tv picture went out! Cindy and Tim were awesome! Tim diagnosed my tv in one day and had it fixed the next! I would definitely recommend!

Tim and Cindy are first rate honest people. Tim was able to fix my Samsung 65” for much less than I could have purchased a comparable replacement. I learned that just looking at the same size class is not comparable. You have to see refresh rate and other features that were not available in the $400-600 price point. I would have had to spend $1500+ to be happy with a new set.
If I can get a couple more years out of my tv it was worth the expense.
Before you automatically think it’s not worth fixing let Tim do a diagnosis for $25. That’s an unheard of price these days and will be applied to your total.
For $375 total i got my better made than current TV’s back on the wall. I am a satisfied customer.

PNCR was thankfully near me and I read reviews. Many positive reviews I can now agree with. I had LED backlights burn out on 65” screen. . I called PNCR for help. Cindy promptly returned my call; asked model, SN and a picture of my problem. Given quote over the phone. We were in communication between my availability of drop off and availability of parts. I was told they would make repairs, evaluate them and then be in contact. We were grateful for Tim’s handling of TV from and return to our car. The personal contact and accuracy of over phone repair quote stands out. Repair and return were made in a reasonable amount of time. I would return and recommend PNCR. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Found this company online and called for my Def Tech sub amp. Very nice gentleman spoke with me for 15 minutes and despite never working on one said bring it here I'm sure I can figure it out. And he did! I love this company and would recommend to anyone if you run into electronics issues. Thank you a million times!
