Customer service at this location is awful! Hailey, the heavyset lady, has horrible customer service. She was huffing and puffing, sighing, rolling her eyes and rubbing her forehead while sighing- totally shouldn’t be working there. This was at 10:30 AM on a Monday morning- they had just opened. I could understand if it were a Saturday and one had been there all day long, but acting like that after only 30 minutes of the store being open, I’d hate to see how she acts after a longer shift. Hailey, do everyone a favor, including yourself, and find another job.

The corporate website advertises free in-home design services. I requested an appointment for an in-home consultation on Wednesday, 9/10/25. Today (9/13/25), 3 days later, I received a voicemail from an employee named Christian stating that my house was too far for his employees to travel. Specifically, they do not offer in-home services to homes more than a 30-minute drive from the store. This disclaimer should be clearly written on the website so customers that live outside your service area don't waste their time. Furthermore, it should not have taken 3 days for a representative of the store to inform me of this policy! Overall poor customer service and slightly false advertising!

Christian is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!! If you expect to receive no customer service, no genuine feel that he enjoys his job—go here, otherwise BUYERS BEWARE!! I highly encourage you to work with anyone BUT CHRISTIAN!!!! And they had the audacity to send him to my home for a personal shopping experience—needless to say the door was not answered nor opened. 😊

Called today about salad plates and got wonderful service. Came in and purchased a few plates and the lady and man who helped me did a great job. Lovely store experience.

I found so many new things I loved inside! We have a Pottery Barn in VaB but it's not as large or well-stocked I feel as this one... something about this one was light and bright and airy with new and beautiful items inside.
I found chairs, blankets, tables and a few decorative pieces to brighten up my living room and add some new flair.
Friendly sales associates were nearby to answer questions and make everything a bit easier.

I had to visit this location a few days ago because they had a holidaynitem in stock I was looking for. While they are under construction they still were able to find my item and assist me with all my shopping needs with a smile. They were very courteous and helpful. Thank you to the staff at this location.

We purchased a king bed in July and were told we'd receive the bed in October. Later we received an email saying it was on back order until December at the earliest and could be as late as January. My wife called multiple times to see if we could cancel because we did not want to wait 5-6 months for a new bed. She was offered a gift card to be used in store or a 10% discount off the bed. We were very frustrated with their options but chose the 10% off because we were afraid we'd get stuck in a similar situation if we looked elsewhere for a bed. It ended up that the bed did arrive in October so we did not pursue the 10% discount but unfortunately the bed arrived with damage to one of the brackets causing the bed to sit at an offset angle. They told us they would ship a new bracket and send someone to reinstall it (I told them I could screw the bracket in but I guess they have to send someone). Now we have been told the bracket won't arrive until December. So now we have our old bed & our new bed in our bedroom making it very difficult to maneuver around. This has been a disaster from almost the beginning. My wife has spent a ton of time on the phone with their customer support which, in my opinion, has been extremely sub par. And do you think they've offered anything for the inconvenience? NOPE! I will never spend another cent with Pottery Barn. Think long and hard before ordering furniture through them.

Rude staff. You practically have to beg for help/assistance. Walked next-door to the competition for the items I needed, and was out in 20 minutes.

Unbelievably outrageous prices. Salesperson didn't even speak as we just browsed around. There wasn't a single customer in the entire store.

Order a bed from pottery barn which took 7 months for delivery. Upon delivery the bed was missing parts and we were told we will be charged once we receive all the parts and bed assembled. After 5 months still no parts but they charged full price for the bed. Tried calling multiple times and it has to get approved by the manager's supervisor to reverse the charge. How is this legal to charge customers for partial bed??? I'm still waiting for their response. Shop at your own risk

Very disappointed in my Pottery Barn experience. Ordered a shower curtain which didn’t fit; returned it for what PB indicated would be a full refund; however PB deducted $30. Called on 3 different occasions and was told I would receive the remaining $30. Told today that the additional refund was cancelled, citing shipping cost. $30 for return shipping. Big chain ripoff!!
