I lived in PortRVA in 2021. I’ve lived in many Richmond rentals over the years and property results was by far the best management company I’ve worked with. They are responsive, understanding, and accommodating. I highly recommend them and would be happy to live in another one of there properties in the future.

I've lived in one of the Property Result buildings for almost 4 years now and I absolutely love it! Maintenance is friendly and works quickly. I was a resident for two years at at PortRVA and the environment was well put together and safe. Little to no issues and maintenance was always a call away. I am very glad I found this apartment building while I was in the downtown Richmond area. Great place if you are living alone as well.
