Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with a company. Don’t sign up, but if you did, read your contract carefully. They just charged my card randomly $600 with no authorization 1.5 years in to the contract. Absolutely 0 help with customer service. A pitiful excuse for a “company” AKA crooks

Worst customer service ever... It was a different story every time I called. At first I thought it was the old run-around, but it soon became apparent that they were lying to me. The technology may be fine, but I don't trust this company.

The service is good for me after 3 years, but the price have been increasing monthly for no reasons. I still keep the service but won't renew the contract.
