The move in process was very smooth. The lock and a pamphlet on the insurance was already in the unit when we arrived. I had a question before move in and the young lady was very helpful (on the phone). I did not have to into the office for anything so I cannot comment on that but I will say that the fact that I did not have to go in there for anything speak volumes about the customer service as they were prepared for my move in.

Refuse to cancel my after i booked the unit less than 24 hours before the semi truck didn’t get to the unit the said we will give you refund of the lock $20 after i paid $220

Prices are high we moved before they up the rent again for the third time within a year. $151 for a 5×15. Some items had water damage. Also closed out our unit without calling to confirm that we were Moving Out. But they never missed calling us when we were late paying them. Thankfully we found a better storage unit that's more affordable for a bigger unit with climate control.
