Great staff... always friendly and helpful. Great produce, seafood, and meat departments. Specialty cheese selection is beautiful.
I don't always agree with their politics, but they seem to be learning.
Still, my place to shop.

Prices was a lot higher than I expected. Have not visited a Publix since I move to NC in 2019. Inflation has been off the chain and prices will continue to go up.

Stop by today to get me a salad from the build your own salad bar. The attendant was the most rude person I've EVER encountered in the customer service/care business. I asked for some iceberg lettuce mix and was sent to the sandwich counter to get it from there. Well not if I'm in control of my money. I put everything back and left for Panera. Thanks for taking extra care of me today. I will not be back.

The people who make subs are incredibly rude and only care about what's on their cell phones. One rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a cheese he had to go slice. The cashier that rung me up was also incredibly rude, short, and snippy. I thought we would start shopping at Publix but after this experience, we will be going back to Kroger.
