This location definitely doesn't hold up to quality inn standards. The rooms don't have phones room 207 and room 221. Also the balconies didn't have locks on them. The covers on the bed in 221 were dirty and had burns all over them. I will be calling corporate about this location.

These people robbed me of my security deposit all because my friend washed her hair with some of the towels and some hair dye got on them 😒 now I'm out $50 all because they don't know how to use bleach.

This place was horrible.the Rooms have mold , the water from the shower would not drain , the beds sheets dirty everything is BAD PLEASE DONT STAY IS BETTER TO SLEEP IN THE CAR THEN HERE. There were cockroaches and spiders.

Horrible room the bed sheets were never changed their was cigarette burn marks on the bed sheets the room smell like smoke roaches everywhere do not spend your money there.

Asked for no smoking room sink wasn't working went change room an the second room smelled of smoke anthe hot water faucet didn't work had to pay for room an an additional charge for i was told that the additional charge would be refunded in two weeks it has been3vweeks an no refund I am writing to the BBB along with the home office of Quality Inn home office.

This place is a complete nightmare. I don’t even know where to start — the room was crawling with bugs, the sheets felt unwashed, and the entire place smelled like mold and regret. I couldn’t even sleep without worrying something would bite me. The walls are paper thin, the AC barely works, and the staff clearly doesn’t care. It felt more like a trap than a hotel. I wouldn’t wish a night here on my worst enemy. Save yourself — sleep in your car instead.

The bathrooms had cock roaches. There were con webs in the bathroom. There were holes in the carpet. The light fixture on the wall was hanging down. The rod on the sliding dooor curtain was coming down

This was by far one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. When you walked in the room it smells like mildew, the roof of the room, bathroom shower, the sink and the walls of the room had mildew. The bathroom floor was dirty with other ppl’s hair on the floor and other particles that I couldn’t tell what it was. The front desk knew it was bad bc when I told her about the smell and they told me that I don’t have to pay a deposit. I asked for another room and they stated that there was nothing else available. It was so bad I only
Spent 4 hours in the room and checked out around 5:45 am.please don’t stay here. I don’t know how this place it still allowed to operate.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Offered 2 rooms, #1: filthy burned & wrinkled sheets, filthy tub, light switches and mirrors not been attempted to be cleaned. Weed smell permiated the whole second floor into the room (confirmed by another guest)
#2: sink basin collapsed into the cabinet & was not attached! Filthy tub.
Another guest was checking his 4th room!

Had to stay just for ONE night , and I'm absolutely unsatisfied. First I had to ask them to change my bed sheets ....then we were killing spiders ALL night and there was roaches in the hallway. The phone nor the clock worked. The toilet just randomly won't flush and the sink was stopped up......Everytime something went wrong we had to walk to the front desk.......ended up leaving at 3:51am!!!!!

This is my second time at this hotel. I had made some observations the first time I came, but due to an emergency I stayed here again because of its location, but I do not recommend it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! stopped here for night from a road trip. This place is disgustingly filthy, and they know this!!!! Spoke to front desk and claimed they would change the room but no one showed up. There is no Manager on site and employee claim there is nothing they can do. The towels on the room were wet and bathroom had no tissue, had to shower with shoes on. THEY SHOULD NOT BE RENTING ROOMS!!! SEE PICS!!@

First when I came in this morning the staff was very rude and nasty then I get in the room it's no remote the phone doesn't even have cords the coffee maker was broken and the toilet had feces stuck on the side and all around the toilet bowl where it hadn't been cleaned upon calling the front off to ask if someone could come clean it the nasty attitude clerk didn't reply just hung up in my face and they charged me 150 dollars for this nasty disrespectful place and it's my birthday and I have to deal with this type of situation
