Great experience with Tasha. I get a bit anxious with blood draws, but she was patient and reassuring. She checked both of my arms to make sure to choose the best vein for the easiest experience for me. She even showed me what to look for in a good vein with how you can palpate them to feel them puff up. Because I have small veins, she opted for a butterfly. It was so smooth, easy, and quite literally entirely painless. I didn’t feel lightheaded or anything. Fantastic experience, and I will definitely come to Tasha in the future any time I need blood drawn!

I wanted to take time to write this review after having a most pleasant experience at this Quest location. I arrived early for my appointment and the office was closed for lunch, so I waited for them to return, fully expecting the staff returning from lunch to be annoyed by me waiting there. Nope! They were cheerful and pleasant and welcomed me right into the office while they settled themselves.
I had my orders prepaid so I can't speak to insurance woes or quest pricing, but Tarana and her coworker (I didn't get her name) were nothing but lovely, sweet, and professional. (Certainly not the experience I've had at other quest locations).
I would drive 30 minutes to come to this location again knowing these ladies work here in order to have an assuredly positive experience.

i was attended to the health screening program today. 1301 Battery Brooke Pkwy Richmond, VA 23237
my complain is, the nurse who diagnose my health screen(taking blood)really painful. she punched my finger hardly and squeezed so hardly. i never see the way taking blood that way any nurses like that.still i have pain and and swelling my finger.and she wrote my blood presser as normal without checking.also I'm going to complain to my company HR about this incident tomorrow.also some other people also wasn't happy about her bad service.kindly request you to look into this incident

I see racist people at this location. They are not calling brown people to serve they kept me waiting more than one hour and called everyone else they came after me. When I asked the question they said I was the last person in the queue.

Lies. NO customer service. You Can get some tests without a Dr's orders, but you cannot use your insurance. They previously quoted 399.00, saying they take most insurance plans, but in person they demanded 999.00. They called their own customer service line and had to wait 26 minutes. They said they previously had the test and will in the future, but not now. When I called to confirm test availability, I was given options, but not talking to a representative. I emailed but was given a neutral response by a foreigner. I wasted a day driving to and from this location.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Three Chopt office of Quest Diagnostics and wanted to share my outstanding experience with Tarana, one of their phlebotomists. Due to a mishap with my new puppy destroying my lab slip, and an incorrect code provided by my doctor's office, I was faced with a frustrating situation. However, Tarana’s exceptional customer service truly turned things around for me.
Despite the mix-up, Tarana went above and beyond to ensure that I received the correct labs and that my blood work was completed seamlessly. Her dedication, patience, and willingness to help in such a challenging situation were nothing short of remarkable. In a world where customer service can often be hit or miss, Tarana was a shining star, making a stressful experience much more manageable.

I had a wonderful experience with both nurses I encountered. One nurse, I think it was Ms. Hicks, went above and beyond with me when my paperwork had not been sent ahead of time.
