Terrible service on our first order! Placed an order for supplies for my business. Used the local delivery option (great delivery price). This is what happened:- Order placed- Received email the next day stating one of our items had to be cancelled because it couldn't be delivered with their delivery partners. Email stated I could contact them to arrange a replacement item.- Emailed their customer service department to ask if we could exchange the item that couldn't be shipped with something else.- No response to email.- Order arrived with a second item missing from the order.The two items that weren't shipped were the two items we needed the most. It seems an email or a phone call would have been the professional thing to do instead of just leaving things out of the order and shipping it.So, how do I get the other two items? Will you respond to my email? Will I ever be able to have reliable service from your company? Or should I just move on?

Chris Nailor and the team at R&R have come through for me and my team at Haley Auto Group on mods that one occasion with great marketing assets for our dealerships and more. They are great with commination and delivery the products in a timely fashion. Thank you Chris and R&R for helping us.

I have worked with Chris at two different dealerships now and he's always been extremely helpful and enthusiastic! There's nothing he hasn't been able to get for us. All I have to do is call and he takes care of the rest quickly and accurately. Would HIGHLY recommend working with R&R to anyone and for most anything!

R&R has always been a pleasure to work with. They're quick to deliver any item I order and very seldom do they have out of stock items. However when they do, I usually receive them within 2 to 3 days. Eddie Martinez has always kept me up to date with all promotions and has answered every question I might have. He's a real asset to their company. It's nice to know that I can order today before four and have my order the next day. It makes it easier to order when I know I can get it this quickly.

We have used R&R as our sole office supplier for our small CPA firm for a number of years and have had nothing but satisfactory service. A major highlight is that they are so EASY to work with-- ordering, shipping, changing/correcting orders, you name it-- everything is a quick and simple email, click, or call away. A real stand-out is our new service rep Eddie Martinez. He goes above and beyond in making sure his clients are more than well taken care. Incredibly easy to contact and always replies asap. He even comes to our office on an almost weekly basis to help us distribute our heavy boxes of paper around the office. Now THAT is service!
