Always a pleasure to shop here! The customer service is top-notch, and I’m treated like family every time I walk in. The staff is so friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. They always check in to see how I’m doing, and it really makes you feel special. The selection is great for all ages and sizes, and I love supporting a business that’s so welcoming and has such beautiful personalities. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing fashion and a wonderful shopping experience!

Such great affordable fashions. The staff greeted me upon arrival. Children's fashion so precious . Definitely a staple in the Downtown community. They use to keep my baby girl so fly. Now she's all grown up & I'm peeking @ things for my granddaughter & they Definitely didn't disappoint.

I'm just start off by saying THIS is one work place that Got Alot of things going on behind the fence. it's the district manager Vivian she's very unprofessionally ruled unconsiderate need more training on how to talk to people in the work place. Listen to both sides and NOT just one and needs to hear both sides before judging someone off of what someone else said. Then she made a statement saying that if I call customer service I'm really pushing it so tomorrow morning I will be on the phone with customer service cuz I love to push it you will not talk to me with no respect at all..it's always someone higher then district manager Vivian .To me she is really a very big joke and needs to step down if you can't show any respect.

I can say that over the years Rainbow downtown has somewhat improved. It's near my job so it's a quick run on lunchtime. The selection has drastically changed but not to where if you're looking a quick outfit to a cookout or club. There was rarely anything suitable for work attire. To be honest it's a hit or miss when shopping here. Maybe they should ask what the people are looking for instead of having clearance sales on items that should be donated to Goodwill or trashed. I'm guessing they are still in business for their targeted customers.

I went in the store for the first time yesterday. The manager greeting me by saying “hi Queen” I was like hhhey but I need socks my feet . She said I got you. The manager and the cashier was awesome. I will come again
