This location was my very first job when I was younger and I know the importance of customer service because the lady that trained me always told me to treat the customers properly.When I went in recently they had no dressing room.Why? A clothing store with no fitting room that's weird.Luckely I know my size.Also get some of them cloths racks out of the middle of the floor.My kids stroller could barely get through.Also the cashier had a attitude.Like lady I'm tryna find something to wear to my dad's funeral what's your issue.lol

A couple months ago, I found the behavior of the manager at this Rainbow location unprofessional(dishonest and impolite). During my visit, I was returning one or two items. When I came up to the register I gave one of the cashiers my receipt and items. I asked her to give me a minute to look at a few things to possibly exchange but nothing caught my eye. when I came back to complete my return, I asked for my bag that I came in the store with and the manager took my rainbow bag and said they had to keep it. I knew that this was not true and I didn't understand why the manager was lying and being rude, it would have been more professional if she(the manager) had just simply asked me for the bag if they really needed it. I decided to ask for my items back, I knew they had to give me my bag back if I didn't return anything and so then I went to Citi Trends next door, I had to get a few things from there anyways. After completing my business there, I returned to Rainbow to return my items and kept my bag. I didn't understand her actions, it was retarded. As a manager why are you even lying about something so simple, if you can lie about something that petty, what else do you lie about? That store probably needs a internal investigation.

No dressing room! You have to buy and then if it doesn't fit go back to the store to return and you better have your receipt or you won't receive a refund and you must return within 7 days.
