Nice staff, always greet you and ask if you're finding everything you need. Decent selection, good prices. Only down a star because no dressing room and returns need to be done within 7 days. This is probably a thing that happened during/after covid that just stuck. As long as you know, you're good. They told me upfront the policy is 7 days keep tags on.

Their return policy is horrible. Don’t waste your time shopping there. They target people of color don’t even have dressing rooms for you to try on clothing so that shows how much they care about you and if you don’t return a product within 7 days they only issue store credit and if you lose your receipt they don’t have the store credit info even though you give them your number when you make the return. This company is unethical and a con artist. Stay far away! They stole my money.

The selection of clothing, shoes and accessories was great. However, the customer service was not. Upon entering the store I was not greeted with the usual “welcome to Rainbow “ which is the greeting I receive at other locations, I didn’t even receive a “hi or hello “ instead I was greeted with “We’re closing in 40 minutes .” Not a “Can I help you find anything or Is there something particular you’re looking for?”. First impressions are lasting impressions . As a customer I felt rushed and as though my entering the store was a bother. The young lady who checked me out was pleasant and made me smile, but again that first impression was still on my mind. Will continue to shop at Rainbow, just not the Azalea location, I”d hate to be a bother.

The experience tonight was horrible. I felt like i got accused of stealing an outfit, because someone who help me last time, I went there couldn`t do their Job and take the security tag off. Yall Problem not mines. I couldn`t find my receipt but i had proof that i got clothes from that store from my bank account. The 3 ladies were very ghetto about it, rolling their eyes about the situation set of trying to help the situation. I do not need to steal anything from no one especially after driving 2 hours just so my nephew can have his gift for Christmas. Remember not all black people Steal but good thang i got a copy of my receipt So i can get the security tag off. After all that all i got was a wow, I`m sorry f******* Yall sorry after all that. Help the best way you can set of making people feel like shit.
