The website says that the store opens at 10:00am, I was at the store at 10:20am and the doors are lock.
Closing early and opening late is bad for business.

WORKERS CLOSE EARLY. Came there at 8:15 pm , website says they close at 9 on Thursday but door was locked way before then. Asked the lady inside after knocking (as if she didn’t see us) to yell thru the door that they close at 8. If y’all gonna close early just change the time on google so people won’t be wasting their time ! Damn!

Was in there last week tried to purchase some boots and a shirt my total came up to $32.. i put my card in the machine the machine said decline… i told the cashier well hold on ill give u $10 in cash & you pay the rest with my card… once again declined. so then i get my phone check my bank acct & my bank acct shows that the money was taken out of my acct so i show my acct to the cashier but she tells me that on their computer it says that the transaction was declined still. mind you she told me this has happened to someone else just last week, so she goes to get the “manager” im guessing. shes a small older lady w little ponytail & a big ass attitude… my cashier is trying to explain to her what happened & as shes explaining the lady is running around trying to do a million & one things instead of focusing on what is being explained to her & when i pointed that out she said with an attitude “i can multi task very well” & rolled her eyes. she wouldnt listen to a word i was saying every time she spoke to me she had something smart to say, her attitude was terrible. so atp im upset bc i feel like she isnt taking the situation serious. she then tells me its not rainbows fault its the bank & theres nothing they can do which makes no sense bc why tf would the bank take money from themselves.. how would they have taken it… AND on my acct the transactions clearly says “rainbow” so i call the bank & my bank tells me that rainbow did infact take the money out of my account & it is not their fault its rainbows fault which i knew. i tell the manager what my bank said & she tells me that i can not get the items i was trying to pay for & they cant give me my money back.. filled out a paper & told me to call in 1-2 days if it isnt back in my acct, just called there td & she said give it 10 business days…. moral of the story i went in with money came out with no money & no merchandise.. they basically robbed me & made it seem like it was my fault. all i can say is dont come in here if u want good customer service & if u do decide to purchase something from them use CASH never their card machines. smh.

This store is organized, friendly employees, and very nice manager, Mirah (I think is her name). Good clothing selections. I will update this rating to 5 stars when they reopen their dressing rooms. We were informed that their dressing rooms are no longer open which I believe may have to do with internal controls for preventing theft which unfortunately impedes on honest customers ability to try on items before they purchase so they don't have to return them. Having fitting rooms is a level of customer service that should be extended to customers but I also understand why they closed theirs for loss prevention matters but it is an inconvenience for good customers. Again, nice store, nice staff. Good music & atmosphere.

After calling several stores in the area and getting no where, my daughter and I experienced the most caring and exceptional customer service at store #681 in Richmond today after she heard my daughter's emergency. The Manager, Saepreanna and Latika went above and beyond and found the perfect needed merchandise for my daughter's Sr Yr college homecoming all via telephone, WOW!! Very professional, patient, and kind. Angels, Thank you for making this a special moment in time for her, we are forever grateful and thankful. Blessings!!???
