The lady working the day I went had wonderful manners/polite and was extremely professional. Love the store itself! This one is my favorite of the ones near me. It has a ton of variety and a lot of merchandise. The atmosphere is good also.

This particular Rainbow the manager from the Philippines is nothing less than obnoxious and rude. There are plenty of other rainbow stores within the greater Richmond area. Also, you can get great deals online. This store is infamous for overcharging. I urge you to go somewhere else.

They do not honor their prices. And if you try to tell them the sign where the stuff was found they will tell you the sign does not apply to those items even though there are many of them hanging on the rack underneath the sign.

The store is super packed almost hard to walk-thru but you will def find some good finds here. This is a go-to for plain colored dresses of all types they are usually priced lower than local retailers at $5.99-14.99 & offer the same quality. Employees were friendly and offered assistance when needed. **** tip: you can not return bodysuits! So make sure you purchase your correct size in store or online Only con--making returns is extremely time consuming!!! You have to fill out a form and provide all your info and if you return an online order they pretty much have to match every item without tags provided, retag them & then key each item individually! The process should not be this difficult.

Holy shit this place. I just recently found out this place from a friend of a friend and and it has been my best discovery yet. This clothing store is AMAZING. I only learned about in a week or so ago and I have been in like 20x. I came here looking for a pair of flare pants and I was so excited to see they have everything I wanted. Why buy a pair of flare pants at free people for 100$ when you can get the same quantity at Rainbow for 11$ it's cheaper than target.. it's the best. Check it out!!!
