Sent my car in for inspection and was told my 2 front tires. We're bad that they could replace them. I told them no I had an appointment to do some suspension work. And I would take care of it right after that. So after doing suspension, work on my rear end, I found that my rear tires were showing tread. I was not informed about this. The tires that they quoted to fix. We're the brand of my front tires. No mention at all of my rear tires. So when I went to get new tires for the front, I had to get tires for the back as well, because they said, my front ones, it did not pass, knowing I'd just put those tires on So I replaced all 4 to come to find out, taking it back in to get it. Looked at for the inspection to be completed. I was told that I was told improperly it, in fact, was my rear tires. So therefore I had to buy 2 extra tires that I did not need. There was no accountability, just, i'm sorry ever since the old man, died and the kids took over. This company has gone to trash they are very rude. I do not like being spoken to as if I'm a nuisance to you. Go find another job.

Disgusted, disappointed, and depressing. Used to be my one-stop-shop, and now, it’s excuse with no proper communication. Professionalism out the door. Will never go back because of what happened. This place is ruined by “NEW MANAGEMENT”.

Had a screw in my tire and Regency plugged it for $20. Friendly workers got my car back to me earlier than promised.

Had state inspections and oil changes on both cars at the end of the month. Brandon and his team did quality work and were honest about the turnaround time. We will be back for future work.

The guy that answers the phone is a huge jerk. My step-dad (when he was alive) dealt with Jeter (sp?) the first owner for many years. I had them work on my VW a couple of times but He was in the hospital and the guy that was running things (the same guy who answers the phone) was always mad & unpleasant to deal with so I stopped going there. I just called back there (mostly to see if the boss had recovered and who was still running things) and that same guy answered the phone and before I could even ask a few questions he accused me of being the villain & hung up on me. What a shame. He is running that nice man's business into the ground and tarnishing his reputation with it. SMH 1 star.

I was leaving work and realized I had a flat tire. Regency was just down the road, and it was after 4 p.m. I told the mechanic what was going on. He graciously plugged my tire so I could make it home, 1 1/2 hour drive. He was very pleasant and helpful. I was so relieved that he fixed my tire.Once again, thank you so much!

Hands down the worst place of business I've ever experienced. Went in for an inspection and oil change.They broke a part of my dashboard when they had no business messing with it in the first place. Apparently i also have a leak in my fornt end suspension which was not there before. He gave me smart remakes when i first entered but i brushed them off . Then he proceeds to talk to me like I'm stupid and I did it on purpose.Then threatens to call the police because I started to get irritated when I peeped his game. If I could give -5 Stars, it still wouldn't be enough. I do not recommend them for anything
