I bought a refurbished donut robot that failed to reach temp. The staff promptly outlined possible problems and detailed a plan of attack! The office manager set clear expectations and the she and the technicians exceeded all of my expectations. They were prompt, courteous professional and extremely knowledgeable . Additionally they were willing to show me how to properly maintain my equipment to avoid any problems in the future.! I would highly recommend their service to anyone in restaurant business and will use them exclusively!Service: Stove & cooktop repair
