1st all Hendricks had my car for over 6 months they said waiting on parts. Finally after 6months I get my car to only find out from my fiance when I got home that my car is totally fixed wrong!!! I was just so happy to get my car back I didn't even realize that my Alfa romeo was fixed completely wrong!! Also my rims discolored while my car was there!! They used sedan parts on my SUV. My front grill looks nothing like my car ! I don't want to give this place a 1 star. I want my money back !!! I will be filing a complaint!!

Decent work. Would suggest working on fully completing repairs. Shouldn't have to repeatedly come in for services and repairs that should of Been done the 1st go round

I had to take my car in for damage repairs to my front end. Kendal(who is a female by the way) worked on my car. She was EXCELLENT on communicating what would be done, the cost as well as the time frame it would take to do so. When I got my car back I was sooooo happy because she looked better than I remembered! I guess a woman’s touch was all that was needed!?? Sadly, this was the second time I needed to use Hendrick's services. Both times the work done was phenomenal, and the lifetime guarantee is amazing. After an encounter with a tree that fell across the road and a deer determined to cause mayhem, my car looks as though it's never left a garage entirely due to the exceptional work of Hendrick's mechanics.
