This Ross is a literal dump! The state of this store is so far beyond being a store manager issue that the district manager needs to be fired for letting it get to this point without stepping in. They should be ashamed of themselves for letting this happen.

Does it take 1 person to sort hangers and 2nd to stand there and chat while 3rd and only register open to ring people out. Ridiculous!! Store looks like a hurricane hit it!

This store was so junky I could barely walk.

You couldn't find anything. Items were not where they usually would be..
I think I'll continued going to the Brook rd location.

🤦🏽 I’m so over it & an can not wait to speak to a manager about one of their employees, it seem every time I get rung up by this particular employee he always seems to have an attitude
I get home after Christmas shopping see that I was charged twice for an item an a big ticket item that I purchased was not with my items
I shop there a lot a never have an issue with any one but this guy an I never give any one a hard time. I sure hope my item is still there an he did not re sell it to someone else, but I’m surely gonna see if they can run the cameras back to see that I did not take it with me. For now on I’m not letting him ring me up if there’s someone else that can

Store manager had kid behind register, long lines and did not request others to come up to assist with at least 15 people in line. I asked the manager to assist and she rolled her eyes

The best location. The manager at the Midlothian store did not help the two cashiers at all. She was in the jewelry section working with stock. We were in line for 15 minutes and more than ten people behind us. The Willow Lawn location is junky and dirty. I found more products in the back of the store that was hanging up waiting to be put out in the desired departments. At least I got first choice. The older lady on the register with a ton of make-up on is good at her job but she is rude. The best location is on Brook Rd near VA. Center Commons. I told this to the short pretty African American Mgr. I think she is an area manager or something to that nature. It was on her name tag. She said she is told that a lot.

I never coming back to the store again after what happened today. I was accused of stealing a toy which I did two transaction on the self checkout .one for my niece toys which it was her birthday today and the second transaction which my autistic daughter purchase for herself. I showed the man of two receipts and the toys which I had to prove to him twice that we did
that we did purchase these items but it wasn't enough for him .This very upsetting me so much that I felt embarrassed front of people who is African Americans. And I come here from certain days to shop here. But one of the Ross worker had accusing this customer over something I would definitely bring the items back. You had loss a customer. And definitely needs to be trained workers of not to upset my autistic daughter.

Do Not Go to this location, manager doesn’t care if line is long it is more important for her to interrupt the cashier with sales status instead of her opening a register to serve the customers.

The selection has gotten as bad as the customer service. Line is 12 people deep and one cashier to handle returns and purchases. The other lady was doing go backs but she should be ringing up customers as the store is trashy already. It’s ridiculous in this day and age that stores are functioning like this.

At least in this Ross, little variety for men's clothing and things.I also found the store smaller than other Ross's.I'll try others to see how it goes ??
