*Updated post*Today 3/22/24 they have lost my business for good. Profiling my 9 year old daughter and having the audacity to come up to her in front of me to grill her about whether or not she put a lip gloss back, when I already had her put it back when I told her she wasn't getting it is crazy. I have spent so much money in this store over the years so it is a shame, but you WILL NOT treat my child like a criminal. Following my daughter around the storeand confronting her when you obviously see us at the register checking our items out is wild. A couple in front of us in line was having a whole argument in the store as they were checking out, so I thought she was looking at them, whole time she was watching my child who did nothing wrong. I realize that some people steal and that's why they have their pictures up, etc; however, me and my child are not it.*Previous review *They have everything. I only go to this location.

Good variety and fair prices, tho sometimes I feel a bit awkward if I take too long, sometimes it feels like I'm being stared down if I want to read ingredients etc. Overall my favorite place to buy hair products.

They seem to have every anything that you can imagine for hair care. I love this location because I use various products from different brands on my hair and they have them all. Love a good one stop shop. They also have a wide selection of jewelry sunglasses, make up and various other accessories that I enjoy browsing through when I come in as well.

Wasn't the most exciting experience. First visit. No greeting when walked in. Lights began to be turned off while people were shopping. No announcement that the store was closing. If I knew I would have browsed versus trying to buy product. Felt very cold. If I hadn't asked the young lady what time does the store closed nothing would have been said. Very nonchalant staff. This was a Sunday. May give them another try when I travel to Richmond. No guarantees.

Boy I tell you why is it that we don't own not one of these Hair shops...And we're the ones doing all the purchasing.....not owning. Enuff said they had my hair color not too crazy about the hair but it got the job done
