If you’re actually broke and need to thrift, this is not the place.Everything is $25+ and the jewelry/socks are all clearly bought from SHEIN or WISH and marked up from $1 to $25

Don't waste your money. I bought a necklace, and while I knew it was not high quality, it was so cheap it feels like hollow plastic instead of metal and its stuck on the fat chain so tight that the pendant doesn't slide or come off to put it on a better chain. I reached out about the issue to give them a chance to make it right and they said they do not offer refunds, but put a $10 credit on my account. Like I'm going to shop there again after this. People want you to shop small business, but they don't think they have to provide customer service. So now I'm out $10 for the item and $5 shipping. And I'm sure it cost a regular stamp to send. for something going in the garbage. Very disappointed.

I shopped here all throughout college and they kept me fabulous even through covid. Great deals for selling clothes, adorable and welcoming atmosphere, and clothes for all genders.

I have gone to this store a few times throughout 2022-2023; my comments: -Their return policy isn't super clear. I bought a pair of pants on a Friday, returned that Sunday, and was offered five bucks in cash or eleven in store credit. Even with the tag saying 20 dollars was still on it. -they will talk to each other instead of working, leaving you waiting for long periods. -beware jewelry breaks and tarnishes badly. -they make fun of the clothes people bring in, like mean girls. -they talk bad about customers willing to spend 200$ of daddies' money on a fo leather vest to be a cottage core b-word. In both instances of making fun of people/ clothes, several customers were near the counter/ in the store where they were talking.

Good luck if you are an unusual build. They have no changing room and do not allow returns without harvesting your personal data. Two different piece of clothing I got did not fit and I am out thay money. Which is quite a bit despite being a thrift store.

Rumors rules! It's laid-back with an impressive selection of older band T-shirts and killer punk jeans.Whether you're looking for skinny jeans, ripped denim, or studded leather - Rumors has the whole kitandkabootle. One aspect that truly sets Rumors Boutique apart is its affordability. Despite the unique array of their stock, the prices remain reasonable and accessible. At Rumors Boutique, you can find what you're after without breaking the bank. And if you're not sure what you're looking for, the kind folks there will happily offer recommendations and insight to help you decide what to try next.Navigating the store is a breeze, thanks to its well-organized layout. The merchandise is thoughtfully displayed, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer assistance. They create a warm and welcoming environment without being punishers, where customers can browse at their leisure without being annoyed with upselling. If you're freak flag flys, and you need some fresh duds, get your next fit set up at Rumors!

They have sorta a good selection I guess but it's sorta expensive especially compared to the other thrift stores in Richmond. Maybe cuz its more curated but I don't know I don't really think its worth it but if you want second-hand easy shopping and don't care too much about the price this place is definitely for you. It's a pretty cute store too tbh

The employees said they were out of cash to buy clothing before NOON, the fitting rooms are still/possibly permanently CLOSED, and the prices have gone up while the experience has gone down. This store used to be a proper buy/sell clothing boutique for YEARS, but it's now lacking. Please return to what you were before, Rumors!

So apparently they only buy things from females I went there on 3 separate occasions where I got there at 11 sometimes I’m first or second but today was like all the others they buy most if not all of the females in front of me now before I got there I checked the things they buy and I only packed the things they buy I bought over 30 items she only took a hat when inquired why she only the hat she responded “a lot of the things were child sizes” as if im not a 6”1 250 pound man obviously you guys didn’t want what I had and made up a lame excuse clearly took two white females items right after me and one before me they’re really picky about who they buy from especially Richmond blacks. Whenever the 3 white girls are working
