Fedex had a shipping mix up and duplicated the tracking number and my package was in an unknown status. I let RVA know and Courtney followed the tracking every day and proactively emailed me to let me know the status and check in. She let me know if the timeline didn't work, she'd send me a replacement set ASAP. I ended up getting my package and everything worked out well. Its rare to get this level of customer service. Well done RVA!

Fabulous work and customer service. The designers consulted with me multiple times over color choice and took great pains to get the right tone of grey for my 4runner hood wrap. Will definitely work with them again for any other wraps.

This place is amazing from the manager Terrell, to Brianna answering my calls and keeping this together, down to the tech applying our prints, the customer service is unmatched! The quality of work combined with the efficiency was amazing! We couldn’t be more happier with how our food truck turned out! Would DEFINITELY recommend and will DEFINITELY be back for more on our other trailer! Thanks again for everything!

It’s very nice to see a locally owned business that truly cares about its customers and does good business.I got my brand new car tinted with the help of the team at RVA Graphics & Wraps. From what I can tell it’s a new service they’re offering and the quality and speed of service was excellent even compared to some shops I’ve dealt with in the last who’ve been in the tint business for decades.Businesses like those deserve to shine in our city!!! I'm going to go all out and say best in the state of Virginia. Took the time to workout everything I wanted and their design team nailed it. Graphics look absolutely amazing! I get compliments on my Bronco everywhere I go. Staff is super friendly and detail oriented.
