Great quick service. My Derm recommended I get a compound prescription here. I typically get them delivered, which is offered no charge. I had to go in once when I was heading out of town and needed it quicker. Staff was helpful. Inside is very spacious but mostly empty on the customer side.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I'd been having tremendous difficulty getting a sight saving Rx eye drop - at all, let alone at anything below $390. Not only did RVA have it, but at deeply discounted cost, AND they sent it out across State same day. All my Dr did was send in his e-script. I called. And VIOLA! The cherry on this eye-saving cake? Price, at the other end of the phone when I called, is as delightful, joyous and engaging as he is efficient, helpful and professional! Whatever you're paying him, RVA, he deserves a raise SUCH a gift! Thank you RVA!

It's probably weird to have a favorite pharmacy, but RVA is indeed my favorite. They're super friendly and make the whole prescription process incredibly easy. Dealing with new prescriptions and refills elsewhere used to be a huge headache, and I'd put off those trips and phone calls as long as I could. RVA has significantly eased this area of healthcare anxiety for me, and I love them for it.

I received an automated call that my prescription was ready but when I called they told me it would be in at the end of the week. Received a text telling me the samething and when I called yet again it wasn't ready. I ended up going to CVS.

I am so pleased to have found RVA pharmacy. University of Virginia put me in contact with RVA after eye surgery complications. The prescribed eye drops were prohibitively expensive at two local pharmacies, but RVA was able to supply this prescription at an affordable price. I know RVA has contacted my insurance company. Perhaps the other pharmacies did not go the same route though they told me the high price included my insurance. It is also super helpful to have my medication delivered to my door! Thank you, RVA!

Had problem with pharmacy and was expecting runaround. M. Patel managing pharmacist took care of issue immediately. He was responsive and genuinely concerned. Would definitely recommend RVA Pharmacy.

I had two prescriptions called in by the dermatologist. The MD mentioned that RVA Pharmacy will go out of their way to find the lowest cost for prescriptions. I was definitely expecting to pay something but both of the prescriptions had a zero copay! When I picked up the prescriptions, the pharmacist was super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will be recommending RVA Pharmacy to others! Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic experience today with RVA Pharmacy! Prescription my dermatologist ordered for me was WAY too expensive at my regular pharmacy, so she sent the order here. (My insurance unfortunately didn't cover this medication.) RVA was able to provide it at a very affordable cost through discount programs they found I was eligible for. I would definitely recommend RVA Pharmacy!

The people here are kind. They care about helping you, and their prices are always way better than big name pharmacies. If you haven't tried them yet, I promise it is at least worth a phone call!

The customer service has screwed me. I am normally a very understanding person but this is ridiculous. I gave them my card information they said they would not run it till Friday because I did not have the money in the account they knew this. They ran the card anyway now I’m out $35 for overdraft fee. In this day and age with gas five dollars a gallon and everything else going on this is the last thing I needed. How is that ok??? I could barely afford the prescription to being with. Not to mention the 28 dollars i had in my account was for gas the rest of the week.All i got was an apology and would you like us to return it and rerun it Friday ( the return takes 3-7 business days). Not even this is our fault can we reimburse you. What the actual ?

I wish we could refill over the phone without having to leave a voicemail. Also need better business hours. I shouldn’t have to wait for a weekday to get my medicine.

First and last experience with this company. Drove 90 miles to pick up medicine that was promised to be delivered friday to my home. Got there friday night, no delivery. Had to stay in town because supposedly they open Saturday morning at 11 am. There at 11 no one there. Finally opened at 11:30 to find out on yruck being delivered today....never again this place
