I was having a really hard day, I was moving out of my apartment and need to put some stuff in storage. I was financially challenged but Melissa made my day all better she was kind and understanding and made sure that I was okay GIVE HER A RAISE!! ❤️

The facility is fantastic! Clean, safe and well lit. The staff member (a female) is exceptional and every single conversation feels like I'm talking to a friend that cares.
Also:
Mighty Moves a company that was recommended to help unload the truck basically saved the day. Cannot recommend either place highly enough. I have every intention of using them again as I go through the process of relocating

I am writing to share my recent experience at your storage facility. During a visit to my unit, I discovered that my DJI RS Pro was missing. I spoke with the front office staff, requesting access to the camera footage, but was unable to do so. I have since filed a police report and am navigating the insurance process to recover the cost of my lost item.
This incident has deeply shaken my trust in the security of this location. I have overheard similar complaints from other tenants, including a concerning incident where a clerk brandished a firearm. This has led me to conclude that I can no longer rely on the integrity of your facility to safeguard my belongings.
I am currently in the process of relocating my items and would advise others to exercise caution with their valuables here.
