Excellent salon with good customer services, friendly environment, and an amazing staff. Their hair salon services are always to a great standards. From the time you walk in; there is always one of the Staff to acknowledge your presence, offer something like water or coffee, plus the time allotted for your appointment is enough to be known and appreciated. I love it especially when your hair stylist (I had Emma today) takes time to listen to how you want your hair and also tells you how she will do it, and then unhurriedly styles your hair to your satisfaction!

I absolutely adored my experience at Salon Alora.First, I was able to make an appointment super last minute (night before) through the online booking service. I was desperate for a haircut as I had a conference to go to.Second, getting my hair washed was sooo good and relaxing. Definitely worth the extra $$Finally the haircut. Let me tell you... it was PERFECT. Samoeun brought my hair back to life. My hair is difficult. I have fine wavy hair, and ALOT of it. I'd been having issues with dry scalp and limp bodyless hair. I'm telling you she did such a great job adding layers and blending them in so well. My hair has LIFE.You can't go wrong here. Such a gem.

Came is for just a quick consult. Walked out with a hair treatment which made my hair feeling soooo good.Will be back Friday for color and cut and I can't be more excited. Will definitely be a long time customer.Used to travel more than 30 mins for color AND quality so I'm very happy I don't have to anymore.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair done by Samoeun today! I walked in with *BAD* highlights done at another place. I mean there was red and green and all kinds of poor toning residue from my previous session. Samoeun was incredibly attentive to detail and she more than simply fixed my hair. After spending 6 hours (!!!!) with the amazing staff, I have gorgeous, even, healthy cool blonde highlights on my dark hair and I LOVE it. Not to mention, the price was incredibly affordable and my time was spent having hilarious conversations. I cannot speak of my experience highly enough - this place went above and beyond in correcting my hair and making sure I walked out happy. They have stellar reviews for a reason!

Samoeun is absolutely amazing! We recently moved to the area and it’s always nerve racking finding a great stylist. Samoeun has cut my hearing twice now and it’s been perfect every time. Will definitely be going back regularly.

I got my haircut and washed and blow dried with Sandy! Sandy was very kind and personable and did a wonderful job. She listened closely as I explained what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for! The communication was fabulous. My hair salon closed so I was trying to find a hair salon to get my hair cut. This salon had a lot of great reviews so I thought I would give it a chance. The salon didn't have a lot of people there and very few stylists. I had my eyebrows done and then had my hair washed. The stylist was a little busy and didn't get to me right away because she was on the phone. I didn't like the way she styled it, but she didn't cut my hair too short. When I went to pay I discovered I was paying a different price than what I was told over the phone. I was also charged an extra $10 because she curled my hair. They took a long time trying to correct my credit card because a tip was added to it. I also wasn't able to split the payment with two cards. They said it was because of a new system, and I could call them if my card was overcharged. I'm not sure if I will be returning because I shouldn't have spent about 30 minutes trying to remove a charge. i also want to be aware of how much I will be paying and instead of being surprised.

Gabriella is amazing! My brows are coming along nicely, as we did Henna today. She is such a nice young lady...very caring and precise!
