They will call you back when they feel like it and then if you happen to speak to Someone they are quick to tell you what they don't do and give you over 200 agencies of which I've called for assistance. Who can concentrate on finding a job if you are only going to be evicted and have to take off a new job,put furniture in storage to sleep in your car or hotel. I will be sleeping in front of these agencies, its like the working poor are a joke for them. No empathy whatsoever.

They never answer the phone anymore I keep getting the same repeating message. It literally impossible to get a live person.Edit/Update : I was able to get someone on the phone and now that I see the whole process has changed but I was able to get the help I needed thank you !!

I called and was unaware of the dates for the program… The lady that answered the phone was rude & she had me so angry of the way she was talking to me. I was generous and kind and she treated me so ugly. This lady should be held accountable for her actions and to be taught that a program like this should be shown with love and not hate!!!! It’s donations for a reason!!! To help people not to show hate. Hopefully y’all will find someone who has the patience for this program. God bless.
