Came in today to get a tire replaced 16 minutes before closing and they refused to do it. We were being towed off of 295 and this was the only thing open. Really bad service.

I usually don't go to this one but I need to leave review for John the butcher. I was looking for Crab-Stuffed Salmon, but none that I could see or i didn't even know sam club carry this. I ask John to see they have ,he say let me go check and I saw him through glass windows he was putting together stuff salmon and put price came out gave it to me. That's call customer service that most people who work places don't care or just said don't have .I just wanted to let the everyone know how thoughtful and when all out John was. Thank you John! Hope company give you a raise and keep you for long time.

Even though me and my family haven't shopped here since 2012, the service at this store was great! The store was clean, the employees were great and it's filled to the brim with tons and tons of goods.
I definitely recommend this store if you're looking for great deals on certain products.

We shop at Sam's Club, two to three times a month. We order from their website often. The prices are always great, and the Members Mark brand products are fantastic. I don't feel rushed or clostrophbic in the store, like other wearhouse clubs.
The only issue I've had is with store pickup. I've been given bad produce, the wrong sized plates, and a rotisserie chicken. That was upsetting after a long day, and I didn't have dinner! I will always be a member of Sam's Club.

Doesn't have a lot of the stuff that is at the Midlo location. The Cafe would make up for that if they took better care of it. So many fountain drink dispensers down and been that way for months smh

I was able to get in and pick up everything I came to get and a little more...self checkout moved quickly as well and the gentleman at the door called me a beautiful woman! It was a good day!
