Rude, entitled, and ignorant cashiers. Things have changed since the east end location closed. If it wasn't for scan-and-go I would probably shop somewhere else.

Typically I really love Sam’s Club for the fast scan and go feature when we are in the store, but will never do the curbside again. I understand when days can be busy and there is not a lot of help, but we had to wait over an hour for our curbside order after the allocated time slot. Even then I had to ask the associate where our order was because other customers were taken ahead of us when we had originally arrived before then. I tried to call the store several times to check in on our status but the line was ringing for a long time and no one ever picked up. This was supposed to be a time saver for us and ended up being a large waste of our time unfortunately.

Excellent place to shop. Always has what I need as well as new products that catch my eye. I also use the pharmacy for my prescription needs. Best pharmacy I've ever. Superior customer service and best prices. Travel across town to go here on a regular. Love it!!!!

I went into Sam's Club this morning and among entering, an older lady was the greeter. 4 people were ahead of me that she instantly let through. Once I entered, she stopped me and asked to see my membership which I found insulting as she let people ahead of me through as well as the 6 people after me right through without asking for anything.

I will speak about my experience in this Sam's location, I was traveling and had a flat tire , I called Sam's Customer service they said they are booked but if I come walk in they will take me and it shouldn't take long because it was an easy fix .I waited for 3+ hours and I said I was traveling for 6 hours and I kindly asked if they can fix my tire so I can go on with my travel, they didn't give any attention or Sympathy, I thought if they just told me we will do our best or we will try to get you as soon as possible maybe I could felt better and even if it was a lie at least they are being courteous to their customer.It was an unpleasant experience to say the least and until now as I am writing the Review I didn't get my tire fixed and I the problem is that I can't drive with my tire because its not safe at so I am at their mercy until God knows when ...........

I had a disappointing experience at Sam's Club today. I made a purchase of $111.83, and during the exit, the staff scanned all the products instead of just a few. To make matters worse, they insisted on replacing the type of banana I had with a different one, claiming that it needed to be scanned separately. It was quite embarrassing and insulting.When I requested to speak to a manager, they eventually realized that we had already scanned the same type of banana we paid for. This incident highlighted the unprofessionalism of the staff and a lack of respect for customers. It seems like they require better training and perhaps more breaks to avoid such mistakes.

Today I went in for my tire installation appointment at 2:00 PM. I had to wait at the counter for 15 minutes before any sales associate came to help me. Muhammed took my keys and my information and said someone will call when my car was ready. At 5:30 I still had not heard from anyone about my car. I called to the store and was transferred to some central answering service who then called the store to check on the status of my car. After a brief hold I was told my car was ready and I could pick it up. After questioning when someone was going to notify me, I was told the store was very busy and didn’t have time to call. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I had to walk all the back to the bays (which were empty) where I found 2 associates sitting on their phones doing nothing. Very far from busy. I finally got my keys back after the clueless employee identified my car. If this is the type of customer service I can expect, then I will change my membership and take my money elsewhere.

This review is for the tire department and a very dismissive floor manager named Jeffrey who instead of working with me to correct the error on behalf of a Sam’s Club employee or directing me to someone who COULD help, told me [simply put] that “people make mistakes.” I was quoted the WRONG tire and price for my car, which resulted in a $60+ difference. The whole point in choosing Sam’s Club was because out of the places I called, they had the better deal or so I thought. If I call your job for a quote and this is what you do, but I’m told the incorrect information and you neglect to correct yourself, that is not a “mistake,” that is a coaching issue. I should not have to pay for the “mistakes” of YOUR employees. The correct thing to do would’ve been to honor what I was previously told and then got with the team to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. The only “mistake” made here was getting tires from this store.

It's a store that accepts money for goods. I attempted to purchase goods with my money but they said the good in question wasn't in their system yet, so I could not give them my money for the good. Perhaps this store should not put out hundreds of goods which I am not able to purchase with my money.

They're very inconsistent regarding checks four the membership card at the door. It's necessary for checkout and gas purchase, but nowhere in the membership brochure does it say necessary for entry. How should people get their medicine from the pharmacy? It's been confirmed by the pharmacy staff that a membership card is unnecessary for pickup.

Well laid out, they need to increase the space between aisles, the narrow space and lack of room creates backup and people can't go around.Checkout registers and parling are much better than at Costco.

Brittany and Keisha in the cafe are gems! Amazing customer service and always with a smile. I had a large order and they had it ready fast as well. While out of lids for icecream cups they made sure I had aluminum foil to cover it in a box to carry it with. Most don’t think about that or even care. Because of how wonderful they are, we will be back! They need recognition for being so iconic.

This Sam’s club has terrible issues with their online pick up. My last two orders have been hours late, and today…I scheduled a pick up between 5 and 6pm. The club closes at 8pm and is closed tomorrow for Easter. At 7:30pm (2 hours after my order should have been ready) I called and they said “It won’t be ready today. You can come pick up on Monday.” What kind of business allows this level of service? If you can’t fulfill your orders, DON’T ACCEPT THEM! We had great experiences in Texas with Sam’s. This club is making us consider canceling our membership.
