very horrible... I want to start by saying I've been coming here for 5+ years over time ive brought my girls here and I've had nails done. hasn't always been perfect especially for me so I only been bringing the girls when we do go Now since it's only paint. But today 2/10/24 was a horrible day I brought 3 of my girls, 2 were getting their nails done they were the oldest. my youngest age 5 is autistic so of course I had to stay close to her, the man who normally always assist didn't tell me when there was an upsell and gel was picked Out as these kids aren't the customer, I am the one paying. The only child that I confirmed getting gel was my autistic child being it was her toes being done. I feel that there was no communication at all of all the up charges that were made. All my kids are under 9 and I had to pay $20 a piece for them to get their nails painted one color . Im glad my kids are all happy but customer service was at 0 no communication and tacking on prices just to make some money off doing nothing at all when im use to paying between 10-13$ a piece for nails and $15-17 for toes. They're kids ! This was low down and sick! I paid the full amount of course but I told them about it all and they didn't care as expected. But I suggest y'all bring no kids here because I have wiped my hands clean with them and please no one with mental challenges and disabilities

There were 30 people in line and only one cashier. The manager refused to put one of the many staff walking around the store on a register after I asked nicely. I saw three different employees walking around the store instead of tending to the massive line of people ready to check out. The cashier called the manager over to help with a return and she refused to come over so I had to get a gift card. Terrible customer service.This was Sunday 2/4/24 at 2:30pm so whoever was in charge that day really dropped the ball and was rude when I politely asked for help.

Had a great experience today at this Sephora. I’ve never been treated so kindly and been helped as well in all of these years shopping at other locations(and other beauty retailers) as I did here! The help I received cheered up my day and like I didn’t have to rush in and out. I came for a return-not expecting to purchase anything, but the team went above and beyond to make sure I found what I’d been considering for months.Nika did a fantastic job at explaining the products, understanding my concerns and wants in a foundation, and recommending concealers and primers as well.I will forever drive the 1+ hour away to come to this location!Products were well stocked, store was clean, and I didn’t have any issues finding anything thanks to the lovely employees.

It was a horrible experience. A “Beauty Insider” called Britney refused to help us because my shy 15 yr old niece didn't show enough enthusiasm to color match her. And on top her supervisor apparently said we couldnt be helped by anyone else. What was supposed to be a fun, girl time experience became very frustrating and sad. I hope she doesnt have the same experience with her kids, since she mentioned she’s a mom too. :(

Lauren at Short Pump is freaking awesome Friday I was in a rush and needed help with shampoo for my grandmother. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for when she saw me look at the line she did me a huge solid and checked me out. The fact that she could tell I was completely clueless and in a rush shows how much she cares ? Again Lauren thank you so much for helping a girl out

The staff is well trained and the store is appealing but it has a very high retail theft and products on the shelf’s that has been opened. The shrink or thefts must be at least 20-30% of sales because inventory tells me they have the items in stock but when I search they are never in stock.So if you need a high demand product please buy it online you will not find it in the store it has been stolen

By far the best, top notch customer service experience I've had at Sephora. Tameka is amazing. She invested her time in me to help find products to suite my needs and some! She went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful. This experience made my entire day and I will be returning to this location.

This was the best Sephora experience I've ever had! I'm saying this from the many Sephora stores I've been to. I've never had a personal consultation like I did with the staff (shoutout to Dekai) at Sephora. I needed a skin color match for a foundation and not only did I get the perfect match, but all of the recommendations I got was on point! (I went in to get makeup advice for a wedding I would be attending as a bridesmaid since I would be doing my own makeup). My makeup looked flawless and stayed intact for the whole day! I would definitely go back to this Sephora!!

I would not suggest going here on a Saturday. Ima give them some grace because boy they were busy. As soon as I walked in I could feel the chaos. They're out of so many things. The craziest part is that it was extremely musty in this store, especially near the perfume. It wasn't like a mixed perfume smell either. I would never go here on a Saturday. The staff is spread too thin and unable to help. Stay away on Saturday.

Horrible experience with booking a service experience with an “expert.” They took over an hour and a half to complete foundation and blush. They made me do my own eye makeup to complete my look. Total waste of time and money.
