I've been going to Shawn's Auto for quite a while. Shawn is very honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. His team is great too. They get you in and out quickly and stand behind their work. I won't go to any other auto shop. I highly recommend Shawn's Auto Xpress!

Shawn's Auto Xpress is hands down the best mechanic shop to go to in the city! Shawn, Chris, Angel, and Jenna are awesome! The customer service is great, they truly care about people, and they don't charge outrageous prices. And ladies, they will not try to get over on you because you are a female either like at some places I've experienced. They also, don't have your car sitting for a week like you don't need it; they are quick with their services and know what they're doing. If you need automotive work in the Richmond area, check them out. I highly recommend them!

I've been using Shawn's Auto Xpress since it opened up, and they are very honest, hard working, super reasonable in pricing and customer focused to get the job done right the first time. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing car services as they are as knowledgeable as they come in the car service industry. I will continue to use them moving forward as every time I've used them in the past I was satisfied with their workmanship.

I had a an oil leak. I took my truck to Shawn auto express and found the leak. It was fix in hours! Super nice, great customer service, went above and beyond. Now I take all my vehicles there.

I’ve taken all 3 of my vehicles (Silverado, Suburban, Lexus) here for work that needed to be done on them, including oil changes and inspections. Doesn’t beat you in the head with outrageous prices!
