My husband ordered via the kiosk at this location and intentionally ordered the appetizer sampler with the Voodoo Seasoning, clearly visible from the ticket. We received our order and came home, to find not a trace of said seasoning in the sampler box, nor on the side in a separate container in the least. This has happened on multiple occasions, not to mention other order difficulties and missing items in the past.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sheetz. I stood waiting for 30 to 40 minutes, only to be treated with complete disrespect. After all that time, the employee told me that she was “not for sale,” as if my time and presence meant nothing. It felt like I was being treated differently because of discrimination.
Honestly, I would not recommend anyone to visit this location. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of their staff and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and equality.

This sheetz more often than not, exemplifies just how well oiled a machine their system really is. When it's firing on all cylinders ( fully staffed, well organized and prepared, which they often are ) this is my sheetz of choice. And with four locations all within a reasonable distance of my home and accessible by any morning route I choose, that is saying lot for the consistent quality here.. Made to order food is spot on nine times out of ten with only the most minor occasional error and the friendly staff have become familiar faces whom I speak to regularly. A true neighborhood staple!

They allow big groups from non Sheetz stores to come and buy cartons and cartons of cigarettes the employees buy stuff for themselves while on the clock the cashiers stop what they are doing to ring up on clock employees the morning cashiers are very disrespectful.

The manager Sheila jones is the best. I met her as a customer of mine at vigilant self storage and I will only go to this Sheetz location because of her service, which is way out of my way passing several other Sheetz locations to get to her store Keep up the great work

This Sheetz is great with the crew and management they've had for awhile now. I've been coming here since they first opened in the early 2000's and there's only been a short time or two that the team on duty wasn't that great.
All the regular employees are pretty great, but Caden is on another level. Give him a raise.

Easy in and out. Didn't go inside this time since I didn't need anything. Clean parking lot and working pumps. They have diesel and regular(ethanol 10%) gas. There isn't a drive thru at this location.

Coffee is always terrible. The machines aren't working properly as all coffees in the past month have been flavorless and is more like hot water that is tan.. it a shame as this was my go to store but has failed miserably lately. Creamer is hit and miss of working. The sweetener machine has been empty for 3 weeks now. If you want coffee, this not the place to go.

Usually love Sheetz, but have came multiple times to pump air in tires and the machine seems to stay broken.

Five times requested heavy mustard and five times it didn't happen. The one delivery by doordash driver Jay was left out on a post in the middle of the yard in the pouring rain instead of being handed off to the customer as stated. However In fairness, the two stars is because the food is generally good but the assembly line needs work!

Sheetz is my "go to" place at least 3-4 times a week and many times more than that. They have the lowest price/best deal on Black & Milds cigars, .03 cent off all gas with card, GREATEST menu of MTO on the planet and conveniently located for me.
