I ordered from the app and the sheetz on Midlothian turnpike sent me the wrong order. I went to this location thinking it was from there and the manager remade it for me eventhough it wasn't their mistake. The manager Jessica was fabulous! Shout out to her for her fantastic customer service! It's so rare these days

Got a chicken sandwich and a hotdog. Hotdog was super dry and the sandwich did not even have the. Cheese melted.

Placed an order through DoorDash, but bro my entire order was wrong and I'm sorry but these are the laziest nachos I've EVER received.
On top of that, i ordered a zero sugar drink and they gave me the WRONG DRINKS. My partner is diabetic and she can't even share these with me. Talk about lazy staff if they can't do more then just this. Like I honestly want my money back I'm so disappointed and surprised. Do better Sheetz.

I love Sheetz. Best thing to happen to gas stations in decades. Pumps are never completely full, air is free and MTO hits just right at 2 am.

Whenever I'm waiting for my car at Firestone, I pop into this Sheetz for a drink. The store is consistently clean and offers a decent selection of drinks and snacks. The staff are friendly and upbeat despite the store being busy throughout the day.
The only thing I would change is adding automatic doors; hate having to navigate the double doors with full hands.

Food is way overpriced for what it is..if it's the right thing..the right amount..and if available. Staff is cool though.they run out of many alcohol brands frequently.
